I was told a technician would arrive between 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m., and I was pleasantly surprised when Ivan arrived promptly at 12:21 p.m. Ivan was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Within minutes, he diagnosed the issue as a failed compressor. More importantly, he took the time to explain the significant cost differences between having the repair completed through a third party versus working directly with the manufacturer. He even provided the manufacturer's phone number and helped me request the appropriate service with the correct parts at the proper price. Ivan's honesty, expertise, and willingness to help were truly impressive. It is rare to encounter someone so committed to doing what is best for the customer.
