My sisters recommended me to Dmitry from Progress Appliance Repair. My dryer started making a noise and it was progressively getting worse. My sisters had used Progress for their machines as well and raved great things about them. Dmitry came and explained everything to me in detail, showed me what the issue was and took care of it. Highly recommend them and will continue to use them! read more

Denis did a thorough job, not only fixing the leak in our dishwasher, but taking the time to fix its wobbly mounting (not requested, but very welcome). He cleaned up after himself and the dishwasher worked perfectly when he was finished. Progress Appliance will be my go-to repair service from now on. read more

The most amazing repairman named David represents this company- You dont need top look elsewhere. Just call them and the will repair you appliances regardless of age. He fixed my 20 year old Amana gas dryer with attention to all the details. I would highly recommend this outfit, hire them. read more

I had a dryer that was less than 6 years old. It stopped drying. I waited a long time to call since the last 2 repair companies ripped me off. This Repair man did an amazing job replacing all of the necessary pieces, cleaning up after himself and most importantly, cleaning out the dog hair and lint that was in the dryer. I foster dogs and have four of my own. I accumulate a lot of dog care in my home. Luckily, the service provided the quality of the work and the value for what I paid was well worth the weight. I will certainly call on them again. Denis is the best. read more

I called them about an issue with my Samsung refrigerator, and Dmitry suggested I go through Samsung since the issue is likely to be the compressor/sealed system, and would be covered under 5 year warranty. He spent 15 mins talking to be about my issue, and didn't rush me off or try to upsell me. This is super rare nowadays. Honest company to work with! read more

Great service. Tech was sent out quickly. Parts had to be ordered but they came back and did the repair all within a few days. Would definitely recommend. read more

Finding an honest appliance repair company isn't easy, but Progress Appliance Repair delivered. Dimitry was able to come out over the weekend, showed up on time, and clearly explained what was wrong with our washer. No pressure, no upselling -- just honest work and fair pricing. He fixed the washer quickly and had it working right away. What really stood out was that he also gave us a quick lesson on how to maintain it and use it properly so we don't run into the same issue again. That extra care goes a long way. If you value professionalism, integrity, and quality work, Progress Appliance Repair is the company to call. Dimitry was excellent. read more

The service was quick and they responded quick with my emergency water leak. They came the following morning to diagnosis and came a few days later with the parts. The tech David came the second time and explained to us the issues and diagnose the dryer, refrigerator, and washer. Please ask for David. The first tech that came didn't explain things well. Excellent service. Responsive, thorough, and fair pricing. Our tech who came out spent 4 hours troubleshooting our washing machine. 4 hours. For a flat rate of one time service fee. We moved to Texas but if we ever move back to Los Angeles this is who we will be calling if we run into any trouble again with appliances, we recommend them to everyone we know. Fixed broken latch on washing machine. Great communication while ordering the part and scheduling follow-up visit.

Prompt reply. Fast service. Quality work at a good price. No nonsense trustworthy repairman. 2 thumbs up, 5 stars, definitely recommend.

Replaced the igniter on our old Tappan oven. Repairman had availability earlier than the appointed time, so the repair was done sooner than I expected. Showed up with the part and had the repair finished in under an hour. Flat labor rate for house call and ignitor replacement was $245, plus $80 for the part. I've done this replacement myself twice before, paid $75 online for the part and it took me a couple of hours to figure it out. Den Y was skilled and knew the quickest way to make the swap. read more

Dmitry was an awesome technician. He disassembled almost everything in my refrigerator to just find out which parts have problems. So responsible guy ever. The diagnostic charge was only $59 and this is never wasted. So I requested order parts on same day to get repaired and everything has been repaired right next day. (compressor and fan replacement) The invoice includes micro details, fair prices on part and labor. you won't see any tricky cost on it. I definitely recommend it to all my relatives! These guys really cared about solving my refrigerator issue. For $69 they were going to come out and diagnose it, but then I called back to cancel, since I decided my 15 year old refrigerator just needed to be replaced --it kept having issues in the last 2 years. These guys understood and even gave me advice for the brands I should buy and the brands that have issues. read more

Dmitry was a lifesaver! I had fairly complex problem with a watercooler at my place of work and I had called at least 10 other companies to get some quotes and availabilities. When describing the issue I was having, no one was willing to even come out to take a look at the problem. Dmitry was the only one who was willing to at least take a look before deciding if he was able to help or not. He absolutely went above and beyond to help me out of a tight spot and at a very reasonable rate! I found Dmitry to be very professional, communicative, knowledgeable, and creative when it came down to solving my issue. I was really impressed with his abilities, and I would definitely call him back for any appliance issues in the future! read more

On time and fixed it perfectly. Good value. High quality I recommend this company thank you

We had a problem with our LG front load washer and the tub giving out on us. PAR replied rather quickly through Yelp and was the only company able to come out to check out the situation same day. Mind you, it's approximately 7pm and they were STILL able to come by late into the evening. Dennis diagnosed the situation, gave us a quote, and fixed it up with no problems. Thank you guys for taking care of us. read more
