(This review is based solely on the RV delivery experience, not the dealership itself.) We recently purchased a 2026 RV and made it very clear at the time of purchase that the RV would be delivered to a location that has no concrete, no grass,just dirt. We specifically requested that someone experienced with maneuvering in that kind of environment be sent for delivery. Unfortunately, the delivery experience was extremely upsetting and unprofessional. The delivery driver showed up visibly frustrated and upset. He expressed annoyance about the difficulty of positioning the RV in dirt, despite us having warned about the conditions in advance. My elderly mother was there to receive the RV and calmly pointed out where it needed to be placed--based on where our security cameras could view it. The driver refused to accommodate this, saying he wasn't told it would be dirt and chose to leave it where he wanted, not where we asked. To make matters worse, he didn't even level the RV, blaming the dirt, even though this is exactly why we asked for someone with proper experience. This was our first RV purchase, and we were excited about this milestone--but the delivery experience left us feeling frustrated, dismissed, and overwhelmed. The lack of professionalism and refusal to follow simple, pre-communicated instructions is unacceptable. We now have to figure out how to reposition and level it ourselves, which should never have been the case. We believe some form of accountability is warranted for how this was handled. We hope steps are taken to ensure future customers aren't left in this position. read more

Service for my Jayco was unacceptable! After weeks of delay our rig was never properly diagnosed for warranty issues. I even had a face-to-face meeting with Bruce, one of the owners, assured me they would get the rig in the shop ASAP...never happened! Weeks later I get a text message from the service center that they couldn't help us, they found a non-existing "open ground and transfer switch failure" and could not help us until we had the problem fixed. I had the rig evaluated by a local professional auto electric shop as advised by AVRVC service center...no open ground or transfer switch issues found. Bottom line from the service department "you didn't purchase it from us and it's not a priority to us" and we are too busy right now. This is an authorized Jayco service agency! This is my experience...not a good one! read more

Back in October 2020 my wife and I purchased our first RV, a Jayco JayFeather X213 from All Valley. We were nothing but impressed with their professionalism, attention to detail, friendliness, and helpfulness. The tech put up with our numerous noobie questions during the orientation with a smile and friendly attitude. The sales rep was patient and most impressively he was 100% prepared for a scheduled appointment by having all the paperwork ready and waiting for us. Our trailer was properly setup with a high quality weight distribution hitch and two hours after arriving we were braving the morons driving 90mph on the 14 back home with our brand new X213. We drove up from San Diego to buy from All Valley because Richardson's in Menifee were skeezy and jerking us around (not to mention their Yelp reviews our deplorable - our neighbors are currently dealing with Richardson's and are getting ready to lawyer up because they are having so many problems). In the past five months we have gone to JTree twice, Barstow (gold mining), Yosemite, Mojave Desert, Del Mar Beach, Lake Hemmet, Lake O'Neil, the in-laws place three times, and Boondocking in Bishop in two weeks. We just purchased a new 2025 Jayco Jayfeather 27BH and Ernie Baltier and the rest of the team at All Valley RV are top notch. Him and his team are all very welcoming and not the type of pressuring sales staff that you find at other dealers. They are very knowledgeable and upfront with pricing and what is included in other purchase. They were very willing to work with us when we desired a different WD hitch than they typically provide as well as battery setup. Their pricing was very fair and the whole experience went off smoothly. Prior to the sale I was texting with Ernie and he would respond during his time off, to which I told him to stop responding, get back to me when he's at work and spend time with his family, lol. Purchased our Jaco here a couple years ago. The sales experience as a whole was good and so was the financing. We had them add after market solar panels so we could dry camp. Went sry camping the first time and had dead batteries. Took it in with another service and they let us know it was all good. Took it out a 2nd time dry camping and had the same issue. Took it in and they said there was wiring issues and they fixed them. Took it out again and batteries were dead again. Dropped it off and they said I could pick it up. When I went in they assured me they hit a resent button and it would be all good. I made them show me this magic "reset" button because I was not buying what they were saying. When we went inside, he noticed the battery was dead. The service tech Channdler (who is one of their best employees by far) spent 30 minutes trying to figure it out and finally acknowledged something was wrong and said they would swap batteries with their testers to see what would happen and would get back to me. He finally spent the time necessary to ensure it was working. They fixed the problem and gave me new batteries. Finally took it out and it was working great. We were really frustrated it took so many times taking it in to finally get it fixed. They were pretty lazy at first with really diagnosing the problem but once they realized they stepped up and fixed it with no cost to me. The service lady is pretty quick to point out they do nothing wrong and come up with a lot of reasons it must have been our fault. This happened just about every time we took it in. Had some hiccups with them but feel they worked through them with me overall so giving it 4 stars. read more

My mom purchased a travel trailer for me and my kids since we sold out house and needed to wait serval months before purchasing another house. We purchased a 2021 brand new JAYCO White Hawk trailer. Sooooo many thing wrong with it and more popping up. I've already spent $900 the first time on a hotel the first time all valley had the trailer and now the second time they need it I can afford to pay hotel and they won't cover it. Customer service isn't the best when it comes to pleasing the customer. These repairs are manufacturer repairs meaning these repairs weren't cause by us. I'm so over jayco and all valley. We had been looking at getting a travel trailer for a few months, researching to narrow down what we wanted and needed out of it. We finally zeroed in on the size of the bed as the one thing that we refused to budge on, we needed a king-sized bed. So we looked at reviews, watching walk around videos on YouTube and we finally pinned down three different options we would like to look at in person. We reached out to 4 or 5 dealerships through RV Trader and we got no responses so we ended up calling a few (All Valley RV was not one of the ones we contacted). We ended up calling one up North because online it said it had one of our chosen options in stock and we wanted to take a look at it. The drive was going to be crazy like 6 hours. So before we left to try and make it up there, I mentioned we should check out the local dealership to see if they had any options for us. This was the best decision we could have made. We walked into All Valley RV and met with Jordan, who was extremely helpful, answered all of our questions, and was handling 3 customers at the same time. There were only 4 salespeople and like 15 customers. It was nuts! Anyway, we work with him on the pricing and then his Sales Manager comes in and works with us and gives us an insane deal (I mean literally insane and we got a few things thrown in). So once the pricing is agreed upon, we head to the Parts Department waiting for Finance. We end up adding an AC, picking up all kinds of goodies to get everything up and running, and making a great connection with the Parts Manager Armando who hooks us up on the pricing for all the stuff we buy. So we are finally ready for Finance and Rick is a miracle worker. Not only did he lower my rate to what I was initially quoted by Jordan as what he thought I might get approved at, but he also gave me a great price on a 7 year Service Contract. He also ended up giving us three RV Club memberships/offers so we could experience some of the great RV Parks in California, Nevada, and Arizona. After finishing up with Rick, we head out to have have someone walk us through how everything works in our brand new Travel Trailer. One of the Technicians, Brian, came out and showed us how everything worked, answered all of our 30 thousand questions, and gave us some useful tips on what to buy/what not to buy to make things easier on ourselves. He was awesome! Since then, we have had a minor issue with our jack that was covered and repaired under warranty and Brian was the one that repaired it for us. Just awesome customer service. Our whole experience with All Valley RV has been an amazing one and I would definitely recommend checking them out. I bought my first 2 RV's from Roy Padgett at Young's RV in the 90's. Roy & his staff made both purchases such a great experience for me that it was only natural to seek him out when I was ready to upgrade in 2005. It just so happened that him & his son Troy had just opened All Valley RV Center in Acton that year. I connected with Troy & soon upgraded to my 1st toy hauler. It quickly became apparent that Roy had passed on his work ethic & customer first philosophy to Troy. My experience at All Vly that year was as good if not better then at young's. This is why I went back a few yrs later when I decided to upgrade to a garage model hauler. Once again Troy delivered & put me into a great rig at a great price. After many memories made in that one I downsized it to a new smaller hauler from All Vly for a few yrs. In 2018 I decided to buy my retirement luxury 5th wheel. Troy understood my needs & nailed it with a beautiful Heartland Bighorn. As a veteran RV'er I've come to learn that ALL new RV's need to have the bugs worked out of them. I was passing through Acton today and decided to stop in at All Valley for wipers for my RV, the person I interfaced with approached me in a very calm and professional manner, however when I asked if they had windshield wipers for my coach that they came with 29 1/2" stock from the manufacturer, I knew I would have to go with a 28" or a 32". in all of his professionalism he said, we are all out of wipers for all coaches all sizes and that may have been believable if I had not seen them on the wall behind the counter swinging in the mild breeze coming through the door he had open. He made no attempt to go look. So I went to Valencia Ca bought the wipers I need and returned to Lancaster. Now I may be wrong for saying what I am about to say, there could only be two factors at play here, he was lazy and wasn't ready for work, I was the first customer, or because I was black, I am a good judge of character and he did not look or move as a lazy person. That one little thing will keep me from spend any money in this store. I am 71 years old and this happens a lot many places that I don't frequent anymore, i have a thick skin when I meet people like this, that's why I shop on line. read more

The Good: We purchased our trailer in 2020 and cannot express how happy we were with the transaction from the salesman, to the finance Mgr. The Bad: I purchased an ADCO cover from All Valley RV parts store and explained that my trailer would be kept outdoors, located in Leona Valley, where it's extremely windy. The parts manager Armando assured me that he would provide me the best cover for this type environment and that the cover has a 3 year warranty. Well, this so-called top of the line cover did not even last a week and had multiple rips along most seems. I called Armando explaining the situation and was met with a response that "All Valley is not responsible for any type of communication between the supplier and the end customer with any warranty claims". I asked about a return once I received a new cover and Armando stated that he was willing to do it, but had reservations. Note: After doing further research on this particular cover, I could have bought it on Amazon $200 dollars cheaper. Do your homework before purchasing anything from this parts store! The Ugly: After a few months working with the manufacturer for the new cover, I received it and went to All Valley to return for a refund. There was a young gentlemen that initially helped me out and called Armando, since he was off. After talking with his manager, he respectfully replied that he could not do anything for me. Since this was a change from our last conversation, I asked to speak with Bruce McGovern (co-owner) about the situation, at which time I was met with a very defensive, condescending greeting. After explaining the situation, Bruce's comment was "I suppose if I don't refund you that you will blast me on social media". This was an odd comment for a business owner to set the tone for the remainder of the interaction. Additionally, Bruce mentioned that Costco does not accept the return of TV's...rather confused by that comment because I don't think anyone has ever4 had to go direct to Sony or Samsung to get another TV??? Unfortunately, I did not get the chance to talk with Troy Padgett (co-owner), in the hopes his customer service skills were better than his partner. Bottom line: If you are looking for a nice trailer, Jayco is a good brand. If you are looking for any customer service to follow after purchasing something from this establishment, it would best to go with another company. Finally, for the Business Customer Service Rep that will reply to this, I do not expect any resolution at this point and will be sure that I never conduct business with your establishment again. I'm really not sure how Bruce has been successful in a customer service oriented business, and suspect Troy has been carrying the weight. read more

But when I found it at another RV dealership for 6k less I told Larry I was going to by it somewhere else. Now I want to bring it in for service and was told because I did not buy it there they would not do any service for me. NOT EVER WARRENTY SERVICE WHICH THEY GET PAID TO DO. Bought our RV in April 2021. It's been in for repairs twice. Sara in the service department has the worst customer service skills. We have had 4 interactions with her and every time we are physically in the office with her she is finishing up with a customer on the phone. She then starts talking about the caller in a negative way. For the most part her complaints are she's doesn't like to be bothered. Our trailer has been there since 9/3 and we still haven't heard back from her. I've left multiple message, talk to the receptionist they take messages but no return calls. I gotta give a big thumbs up to this place. I have dealt with sales, service and parts and they all hit a home run! I was looking to buy a camping trailer, private party. I had some questions about what to look for and check and called various dealers for some advice. Since I was not buying a trailer from them, no one was too eager to help. But, All Valley RV was different. I talked to Eric in sales and he went over what to check. He also gave me an idea on costs to service anything or perform a general check of the trailer. He did tell me that he could get me in something comparable for about $10k if my private party deal did not work out. This was not pushy, he just put it out there to let me know. His advice really helped me out. I got the trailer and ended up needing some parts, including an awning piece that I broke. I was really put off by our local Camping World and decided to make the trek out to Acton to All Valley RV. They had all the parts I needed. As for the awning piece, they had the part but I had to drill out the broken piece and install the new one. They rooted around in back and found me a whole new arm with the part already attached, making the replacement of this part effortless. I also talked to Craig in service about the awning, I did not know how to work it correctly which is why I broke the part in the first place. Craig spent the time and showed me how to open the awning properly. A week later, I found out there had been a recall in the fridge in the trailer. I called Camping World (All Valley was not on the manufacturers list of authorized recall service locations) and was told it would be a 2 week wait to get in and I would have to leave it with them all day. I called All Valley RV and they told me yes, they can do the recall work as they are authorized by the fridge manufacturer (Dometic). They told me to bring in the trailer and they would do it while I waited, about a half hour. So I pulled it in and they got right to work fixing the fridge. I had some other questions about working the components of the trailer and Craig spent time with me and went over how to work them. I did not buy the trailer from them and I was not paying for this so he really had no obligation to me. Yet, he spent a good half hour with me going over how things worked. I also found my car battery was not charging the trailer battery. Craig brought out a tester and found my charge line was dead. He then helped me find the bad fuse in my car that was causing the problem. Total cost of my service bill that day: $0 I can't say enough good things about All Valley RV. They are in Acton, which is a hike for me in the SCV, but it's not that far and the level of service I have received here has been outstanding. read more

We lost our travel trailer in a fire and had been researching Class C's for about eight months. We stopped into this dealership to see a Jayco Redhawk and were immediately impressed. RJ Craft walked us out to the coach we had come to see (all the coaches are open for you to walk around) and answered our questions, pointed out features but was not pushy at all and gave us a lot of space. We had planned to use our own financing and RJ gave us a sheet to take to our own bank with absolutely no issues or hassle. I purchased a new Jayco TT and was very pleased with everything until this week. I found out that they lied to me about the extended warranty and several issue that I was told were covered for repairs ARE NOT. I usually do not purchase these types of products but the guy that closed the deal with me (who seemed very trust worthy) UP SOLD it dishonestly. For you new buyers out there, be careful, I asked very direct questions and was told things were covered that are not. The biggest rub is that the service tech that called to tell me nothing is covered said he hears this all the time...sounds like many others have been duped as well.
