I would not suggest taking your trailer to this company for any work. It took almost two years for…read morehim to do work using one excuse after another as to why its not done, and when it will be ready. My biggest complaint is after leaving his place with my trailer someone flagged me down to tell me a propane tank came lose and was wedged between the trailer tongue and the asphalt. Luckily the tank was empty, although he told me they were new and ready to go. I could have blown up had there been propane in them. I was billed for many repairs that were not done and parts that were not installed. There were bare electrical wires left under the sink. Some things were done in such poor quality, I had to have them checked and fixed by someone else. I could not trust his word that he went over all the electrical, plumbing and axles, so I have to have that all checked by a qualified company. The polishing of the trailer was great. But he took it to someone else to be done. He made new cabinet doors for me although I never asked him to do that. The doors look good. He had done some other things I never asked him to do that he didn't charge me for. And when I complained about the problems he tried to justify things by pointing out the extras he did. Yes, there were some things that were done well, but the delays, some poor quality of work, not doing things he said he did and safety issues is why he only gets one star.

I never really looked at the wiring closely until fairly recently but was not happy when I realized what a crappy job the Manufacturer did in wiring the motorhome and how the RV Dealer made it even worse while integrating the Solar panels they added. I finally decided that I needed to replace the Solar panels, go to a Lithium battery and get quality/dependable inverters. I got sick and tired of wasting money on regularly replacing 6 volt batteries that died even with the best of care and having inverter issues. I am extremely satisfied with my installation and complete rewiring and I am so happy that I can now spend time off grid for long periods without worrying about power issues. Corey at All-County is a thorough professional and a stickler for details. Exactly what I was looking for. Everything was installed with a lot of forethought as to how best to complete the job with the best products, sized for what I wanted with the cleanest and safest install possible. I took a long time looking for the best person for this job and I am extremely happy I went with Corey and All-County RV Solar. I had also done a lot of research on what I thought was best for my situation and had a long discussion regarding the best products to use and how to do the install. If you are looking to do any Solar or Lithium battery work to your trailer or motorhome All-County is the place to go. He appropriately coordinated as necessary with the various manufacturers to ensure proper installation. He modified the compartment housing the batteries for a perfect fit. Corey was very professional and communicative throughout the process. Johney

It was supposed to be completed In under a week. It has been over 5 months and it still is not done and the price almost tripled from his quote. I understand some scope creep and an increase in price that is triple is ridiculous. Now I'm hiring someone else to come and fix Ramond's mistakes. The paint does not match. The paint below the windshield is what he was supposed to match. He painted above the windshield 3 or 4 times and it still does not match.

On the scheduling section, the business owner entered the 14th of February and the service could be done between 0600-0800. Then he sent another email through Yelp that said he could do the work on Monday, February 15th. After receiving the first two communications that had conflicting dates, I emailed the business owner, requesting confirmation on the date and stated Monday would be okay. I continued to try to get some type of confirmation by emailing the business owner on Saturday and Sunday. The business owner did not respond until late Sunday. I emailed, asking AGAIN for appointment confirmation on Monday (2/15/21). The business owner finally answered "yes." On Monday February 15TH, I waited until 0900, then began trying to contact the business owner AGAIN. He did not answer. I guess theres just so much RV business these days, it doesn't matter what quality of customer service you provide.
