Mike has been taking care of my vac since he sold me two. They have received such excellent service and both are still going 10+ years.

I took a broken vacuum in. Instead of fixing it at $70-$80 he said it's not worth it as cylinder broken and that was not fixable!

Absolutely 5 star customer service by Andrew. Have a Jiffy Steamer (not bought there) I was getting the cleaner for. He brought out a unit to show me how I could use it better and said at this point I really didn't need to buy the cleaner. Who does that these days. We had an old vacuum die a few weeks ago. We went to All Vac. They were terrific. They are a great option for repairs as well as new machines. But a real shout out to Mike. He worked with us on all our options (repair, replace, which brands, product strengths and weaknesses, etc.). We decided to replace and bought a SEBO which is a terrific vacuum. No high pressure from Mike - just facts and great friendly and helpful service. read more

They are good at a bait and switch!!! I had my carpet cleaner looked at to get belts and some work. They had quoted me a price for the work, and we had agreed to have them fix it, said it would be ready next week, at the agreed price. Then they call me to tell me it's now 40 dollars more than what was agreed on. Really ...... after they had already given me the price. I could have bought a new one and had the carpet cleaned on the weekend. avoid them at all cost!!! read more

I have never had my vacuum fully serviced before (at least seven years old and fairly inexpensive), and I must say I was impressed! The service was done earlier than quoted, and the vacuum came back as clean as a whistle! All employees seem committed to social distancing procedures, and I felt safe. Part way through a massive house cleaning in preparation for a dinner party, the Hoover Wind Tunnel made a high pitched scream then died. Thankfully, I only had the bedroom left to go, and could just close the door and go on with the evening. Almost a month went by as I debated between fixing the Hoover versus buying a new vac, and finding someone in Dallas who would give me a reasonable quote was a challenge (and no Yelp reviews to rely on!). Then I drove by All-Vac on Lovers Lane and called them when I got home - very friendly on the phone, drop off was easy and fast, and they gave me a free estimate within a day. 3 days and $60 later I had my vac back, cleaned up, new belts, and running better than ever. Excellent service and fair prices... hopefully I will not need them again any time soon, but if I do, this time it won't take me a month to make up my mind, I'll be at All-Vac in flash. read more

They are always so helpful and have all of the products that you need to repair vacuum and carpet cleaners, and I'm sure other things as well. I just love them and recommend him highly. Lousy experience here. Needed a new canister vac and always like to try local places if possible. Told me I needed to buy the $1600 machine, I asked about other lines they carried. They said there were others but they were all more expensive. Tried to see if there was anything less $1600 but the guy said no. Went home sad and ordered a Miele (one of the lines they carry) for $300 and change from Amazon. It may not be as fabulous as some they sell but I just can't see spending the even if I have buy five of them, I guess it would still be less. Really wish local would have worked out. read more

I took my old vacuum to be evaluated and to buy a new one. They did a good job on selling me a new one but I asked that they figure out what was wrong with the old one and if it was worth the money to fix it. They never called. I never got an answer when I called nor did I get my vacuum cleaner back. I went in again and they said they would check into it and I never heard back from them. I do not recommend this place other than a place to buy the bags. read more

I took my Miele vacuum in to be cleaned. They said it would be $49.95 with the coupon, and they would call me in the next day to let me know if anything else needed fixing. I did receive a call the next day, and they told me that I had a short in the power hose, so the cost would be $349.95 - $300 for a hose. Yes, I was told. Or I could buy a new vacuum for $550 but they could only give me $30 on trade. I went to another Miele dealer in the area, and they told me I could be the hose for $155 - half of the price. Looking online, I have confirmed that also. Tomorrow I will tell them to clean the vacuum and give it back to me, and will now give my business to the other dealer. Shameful that they feel they can mark things up due to the location. read more

I love this place! Over the past three years, I have broken my Panasonic vacuum twice . . . my fault on both occasions. Thankfully, I found All Vac! They have repaired and cleaned my machine both times for about $50. So much cheaper than buying a new vacuum. They are so nice and considerate too. They help me carry my vacuum too and from my car when I drop-off or pick-up. Also they provide free estimates on repairs and call with the price before they begin work. Not a good experience at all. No worse feeling than knowing you're being taken advantage of! After taking in my Dyson vacuum cleaner and being told this "plastic" product needed $159 worth of repair work I decided to pick it up and make the trek north to the Dyson Repair Center. It took the technician less than 10 minutes to diagnose AND repair the vacuum AND put in a new filter. All at NO charge! There's a big discrepancy between no charge and $159 charge! The staff at All Vac was extremely friendly, I will give them that, but they had the vacuum for two days and certainly could have put as much effort into fixing it as they did trying to sell me a new one that I did not want or need. I wanted to make sure the vacuum was working properly before writing this review - happy to report it's good as new! read more

After going to several different stores I can say that All-Vac has comparable quality vacuums to other stores (some good, some not so good) but their prices are higher than most everyone else. read more

I brought my Dysun vacuum here for service. They called me with a service price tag of 189.00. I agreed to have the machine serviced. When I got the vacuum home and tried to use it, it made a horrific screeching sound. This machine didn't screech on my carpet when I took it to them for service. So I called them, and they said bring it back, which I did. They originally told me it was working fine, and almost sent me on my way. The tech heard the conversation from the back and came out and said they had put a bad clutch in it and they would fix it. When I took it home after the second service, I heard the same screeching sound. I called them again and they asked me to bring it back. This time they told me it was my carpet. So they agreed to refund the price of the service toward another vacuum and give me $100 off the price of a new Miele. I asked about trading in my Dysun and he said he would give me $50 for it, felt it wasn't worth it to trade. So I bought the Miele and waited in my car for them to assemble. He came out to tell me he would have to take the parts off of my Dysun since I wasn't trading it. So I told them to forget the whole thing! Eventually I agreed to pay them for the parts on the Dysun. While there I realized he didn't give me the extra $100 off of the new vacuum either. He said that the assumption was I was trading in the Dysun. I do not recommend this place. Don't think they are competent or honest. read more

My vacuum broke and I took it into All Vac to have it serviced. I was approached by two Representatives Mike and Christian; both were very courteous and polite! They briefly looked at my vacuum and stated that I would need to leave my vacuum at their shop and they would call me prior to fixing the vacuum for a price. They called me the very next day and much to my surprise the quote to fix my vacuum was very, very reasonable! They fixed my vacuum and I picked it up within the week. The guys are great and I would recommend this business to my family and friends. read more

Garbage experience! A year ago, I took my Dyson in to have the cord replaced because my dog chewed it. They charged me $50 bucks. Reasonable. Recently, my dog chewed the cord again, so I took it in and dropped it off. Asking for the same service, confirming it was $50. Later in the week, they called to say it was ready, upon picking up, they said it was $99. I asked why so much. The gentlemen said because they did a "inspection and service" to the vacuum. I told him that is not what I asked for. He said because of insurance reasons they had to do the inspection because I could then accuse them of damaging my vacc. Wait?!.... what? This is a total rip. If that is the case than why not TELL YOUR CUSTOMERS UP FRONT? To tack on a fee like that without telling your customers is shady business. The staff member then became unprofessional with me because I was challenging him on a service I did not ask for. The actual vacuum wasn't even being serviced, it was the cord. I had to get a manager involved which he did listen to me and allowed me to tell my side. Which is what a good manager should do. They gave me the correct price and he apologized. It still was an experience I never want to have again so I will not be back. read more

My daughter and I went to All Vac on Lovers Lane Saturday afternoon. I was having a problem trying to assemble my vacuum cleaner. Our tech was Chris and he was heaven sent. He explained step by step what he had done so I could do it the next time. Chris also cleaned out my sweeper as well. He went above and beyond good customer service. He gave EXCELLENT customer service. Chris was so nice and kind. He had such a pleasant demeanor and is a true professional. Chris is also the perfect gentleman. He carried my vacuum to my car even though I had parked a bit down the street. Whatever you do, please keep Chris at All Vac. He was my angel today! read more

These guys are fast and honest. They do warranty and non-warranty repairs and routine maintenance tune-ups on our vacuums. We have Miele vacuums which I think are expensive but they keep them running like new. Sure, the parts on these vacuums are not cheap, but a lot cheaper than a new machine. And they keep most parts in stock. Two years ago, I took one of the vacs to a competitor for a preventive tune-up. It was working when I took it in and pre-paid for the checkup, when I got it back a month later it wasn't working. They said it wasn't worth repairing, then they pushed hard to sell me a new vacuum. I took the old vac to All Vac and they had it back to me in two days. It worked like new after All Vac replaced the cord and cleaned it. I always go straight to All Vac now. read more

I dropped off my vacuum for a repair which was covered by warranty. Couple of days later I got a call that they'll order the needed part and it was covered by warranty. While on the phone, they said I should get a cleaning done. Though I'm pretty handy with tools and usually do the cleaning regularly, I said what the hey sure I'll get it done. Few days later I went to go pick up the vacuum. I knew I should've checked out the vacuum. I got home and found that nothing had been cleaned at all. I called the very next day saying that I had been charged for the cleaning and it hadnt been done and I'd just like a refund. The guy was uncaring and didnt show any sympathy at all. How unfortunate for a long time family owned business that supposedly prides itself on customer service. read more

AllVac gave me an estimate to clean/repair a Meile vacuum while on the premises. They followed up with delivery date. The Meile has worked like a champ ever since. Allvac even removed the "doggie" smell! I highly recommend Allvac because they were honest about the repairs/cleaning and didn't sell me anything I didn't need. read more

My Dyson Animal vacuum was working OK but clattering loudly. I took it it to ALL VAC for an estimate. They called back after two days and quoted repairs totaling $160. I told them this was prohibitively expensive for a strong running vacuum. They then tried to sell me a new one. I took back the machine with the intention of giving it to a handy-andy friend. Without even looking at the vac he said it probably just needed a new belt, which is a routine owner maintenance procedure. I bought 2 new belts for $4 from Amazon and installed one myself in about 8 minutes. The machine worked like new. Not very happy with the All Vac experience. read more

I was moving and while cleaning the old place, I burned a belt in my Hoover vacuum trying to pick up chunks of plastic my dog had chewed on. I needed to return my keys the same day so I went on yelp to find a place nearby that could fix vacuums. I had little hopes for my vacuum to be repaired the same day but I thought I'd try anyway. Well I called All Vac (which was the closest .... And had good reviews) to make sure they were open (it was a Saturday). The gentlemen on the phone was very nice and understanding, he helped me carry the vacuum in and out, he was very professional and fixed my vacuum on the spot. It took less than 10 minutes and he charged me about $6 new belt included. I was back cleaning 15 minutes later. He gave me tips about how to carry my vacuum properly to avoid putting stress on the belt, he knows vacuums in and out. If I ever have another vacuum problem, I will definitely go back to All Vac. read more

Even if they are competent at repair, when I last visited with my Kenmore, which is a high-end, perfectly decent vacuum, they told me it was a piece of junk and discouraged me from fixing while trying to interest me in buying one of theirs. Duct tape fixed the problem that would have cost about 1/2 the cost of my vacuum, and I opted not to do the other suggested repairs.... A year later, I need a different repair and decided to check Yelp for reviews of other companies. Glad to know I wasn't imagining things at All Vac. read more

I will echo the other review that suggests these guys are looking to take advantage of you. For me, it was a Dyson DC25. They told me that it needed a new motor for $300. I called Dyson and they suggested an authorized repair center in Rockwall, VAC Parts Warehouse. They thought it certainly did NOT need a motor. They coordinated with Dyson to find it was still under warrantee and replaced the brush unit at no charge in one day. AVOID ALL VAC. I don't think they are honest, or at least they are quick to find something expensive to charge you. Use an authorized repair center if you can. This might be a good place to buy vacuum cleaner bags... read more
