First of all, their communication is so easy and quick. I texted with them through the whole process, and they were SO helpful. Second, their timing. They do quotes with aerial view, so you get the quote SO quick, and then on their calendar almost just as quick! Between reaching out and the job being complete, it was like a week. I was amazed. Their prices were spot on, and actually a slightly better deal for the quality, than most of the other companies I was working with. Lastly, they didn't require a deposit, which isn't a deal breaker for me BUT a lot of other companies requires 50% down just to schedule and it felt so sketchy. Now the j-channel and siding along several roof-to-wall intersections are significantly warping, buckling, and pulling away from the house. It's doing this on the front and back slopes of my home where the j-channel meets the shingles (see the additional photos I posted). My original review documents all the problems I had working with Stonebridge over the 7-months it took them to finish my project. Three months after the finish date, I'm now having more issues from the work they did. If you want your roof/siding job to go smoothly, be managed properly, and be installed correctly the first time, I highly recommend you look to another company. Although I appreciate Stonebridge standing behind their work, I do not recommend using them due to the poor installation and project management issues I've experienced working with them.

Instead asked some questions and ran with part of my answer and just gave us a quote for that project instead of the one we described. He wanted to do a bigger project, so asked questions to that end because apparently fixing my small deck wasn't worth it for them. I don't know if his pricing was fair because the other company came out and actually listened to what we wanted and then gave us an estimate for exactly what we wanted. I asked if the wood on our deck could be saved. Immediate no (even though he said current store wood is worse quality than when this deck was built as a means to emphasize the benefits of composite at an earlier point in the convo). Made me feel guilty for being honest that we would be getting a couple of bids to compare. I was being honest to say that we were trying to do due diligence. His attitude changed and he emphasized at multiple points after that the free work he was doing by giving me an estimate. Their business model is to come into your home and provide pictures and product samples and then write up the quote then and there. I just wanted a guy to come out, look, and email me the quote. Instead it was a lengthy process . Seemed like an old-style sales approach. Also, they wanted both owners to be home and he seemed annoyed that it was just me...but we literally just wanted a quote, so no my spouse was not going to take off work for an estimate. Overall just weird energy and a strange experience! And I've had plenty of bids/estimates for projects around the house including, house painting, fence installation, deck repair, etc. Tl;dr - didn't listen to what we wanted. Up-sold. Said the siding needed to be removed, but they were unable to remove it. I was concerned I would not be able to find someone to take on such a small job. Called Allen first and they said they could help, and would send someone.Tom came out and removed the required siding, and said to let him know when the plumbers were finished with the repair. When the plumbers were done, we called to have the siding replaced. Kyle came out and had the siding back up in no time. He told me there was no charge for the job. So nice to deal with friendly people who took the time to help us out. We are considering replacing our siding in the near future and Allen will be our first call. Thanks guys!

One installer removed a front window while another removed a back window creating a vacuum that sucked all of the pollen from outside into the house. During installation, my window treatments were taken down and thrown in a heap on the floor. One of my custom made blinds has a permanent crease in it now. When I went to file my taxes I discovered they were not "energy efficient enough" to qualify for the tax credit. I see all of these great reviews and I am dumbfounded. Very nice owner and son but the absolute worst work I have ever had done in my 30 years of home ownership.
