And it was a TOUGH one…read more Not only was it 120 degrees outside, and much hotter in the attic, they had to pull in and out the new and old air handler through a small access panel, all while it was over 130 degrees in the attic. The team had some obstacles I suspect they didn't realize at time of quote. Ranier, Carlos, Kyle, Luis, and a few other guys on the team managed the heat and the install in one day. I can't say enough good about Super Service; they did our inspection when we were buying the home and we've stuck with them ever since. They stayed until the work was complete, where two other companies told us they would have to quit work by 6:30. These guys stayed not only til the job was done, but until they could verify our house (92 degrees inside) was cooling down so we could sleep here the night they finished. Uber-professional, courteous, respectful, and cheerful, this crew is as good as I've seen. Makes me chuckle a little that my neighbor lost his AC the same night I did, and they went with another company. He's on day 3 of his replacement. All days where the ambient was at least 111 degrees.

Following a few other consultations from other companies, Super Service was willing to best meet my needs on price and timely scheduling of the installation; beating other competitors. This was important to me given the current heat wave. Installation Tech Kyle was on time the following day and incredibly polite and communicative during the multi-hour install window. He double & triple checked that the installation was successful, was mindful of my dog and when in my upstairs rooms to access the attic, and ensured all my questions were answered before leaving. No doubt that Super Service will be top of mind should I have HVAC/Plumbing needs in the future thanks to the professionalism & solid work by Ranier & Kyle.

He took photos of everything he serviced, offered to have me tag along so I can understand the processes he was completing & thoroughly answered any/every question I had. His findings were similar to the other two companies I received two quotes from... a new a/c system is need (oy...). The difference was, he was very thorough in explaining why he felt the replacement was needed & showed concrete facts of why. Even emailed me a copy of his photos/videos and notes so I could show my husband when he got home. Jamal completed his professional service, made sure all my questions were answered and scheduled for me to talk to a manager abut options and pricing. I was hesitant to move forward, but the replacement was inevitable. I could have rode it out until the unit was on its last string, but this is Vegas. I wanted to be preventative. Plus, 3 neighbors' units crapped out within the month. I didn't want to be the 4th in the height of a hot summer. Queue in Larry. He was beyond professional. Personable even. I was ready for the upselling and pushiness, but the experience never came. He went over Jamal's findings with me once more. Explained his recommendations for new units & even suggested an extra vent install for better performance. The kicker? He didn't deviate from his initial guesstimated price as he continued to include various extras that would help us put our best foot forward. Who does that? Bumble Breeze apparently lol. No brainer. We came up with a comfortable number, finance plan/budget and the appt for install happened in no time. Jesus & Curtis came in and completed the install. Just like Jamal and Larry, both gentlemen were courteous, professional & friendly. They were mindful of my home and their mess during the whole process. They kept me in the loop as the process went on too. They gave me a tour of the finished product & explained filters and my new thermostat. Curtis made sure any of my questions were answered and explained how beneficial the new unit will be overall before they left. They explained a tech will be in contact complete the process with a duct sanitization and cleaning as well as the promised free dryer vent cleaning. Devin came a couple days later to finish the job. Just like all the rest, he was professional, courteous and friendly. He completed the vent cleaning & sanitization process. He took before & after photos/videos that I got emailed a copy of for my records. He made sure the team prior was thorough with the initial tune-up, inspection and install. He even took a photo of the filter recommendation sticker on the unit while he was in the attic to make sure I had all the info I needed. He explained the duct maintenance schedule and went on his way. As a home owner, dreaded big purchases like a new a/c unit in Vegas is traumatizing sometimes. Well were told it would be between 2-4pm but were surprised when they called back in 10 mins and said someone could be out between 10-2pm. We were just happy someone would be out to check out the situation. When Jacob came out he found out that the Blower was out and oil had leaked which tripped the circuit breakers. Jacob came back in a couple of days and changed out the Blower with another along with a New Thermostat. We cannot say enough about Jacob and Fetch A Tech. They were prompt, professional and above all, cared. They went above the call of duty in their immediate response during a very Hot Week in May. Since one contract was not close to the renewal date, they asked me to keep the contract active and allow them to earn back my business. I said yes, only to have the same sort of incidents repeat themselves. So I cancelled the contact that was not close to renewal. Months later, I discovered I'd been charged $299 for an annual membership. Several calls later, and no resolution. I told them exactly why I was cancelling in a blunt but not disrespectful way. I remember it clearly but I did not get confirmation. I would not recommend working with this company. In my case, they told me I needed extensive work- and sometimes I did that work- only to be told later but reputable vendors the work did not need to be done.

We have had excellent experiences with Nevada Residential Services (NRS) in the past with…read morereplacement of our AC units. When NRS offered to inspect our water system, we jumped at the offer. When you live in the desert, you can't take any chances with your AC or water systems. Both can turn into expensive issues very quickly. During our inspection, Arturo with NRS noticed some corrosion and possible past leak at our water heater connections. Chances are these connections are original to our 2004 condo and since we have neighbors downstairs, we want to avoid any leaks that could result in issues that could affect both units. The NRS Team presented us with an estimate that we were pleased with and we scheduled Arturo for today. Arturo called ahead when he was enroute (we appreciate that) and was onsite in no time. Arturo took the time to explain what he would be doing to eliminate a possible issue and make our system more secure. Changing out the old hoses (over 20 years old) and connections to solid copper piping and new connections gives us the peace of mind that you need with plumbing. He also configured it so should we need to replace the hot water heater, the new copper fittings will be easy to disconnect & reconnect. Arturo did an amazing job, kept us informed as he worked and the work area was spotless when he was finished. A true gentleman & professional. Many THANKS to Arturo and the NRS Team for spotting a potential plumbing issue and providing a great solution. That's what every homeowner expects. We also lost our furniture due to last home making my whole family sick from mold in the HVAc due to leaks. I know the APCOX pricing wholesale, the model I looked at is approx $ 900 dollars. I know the company needs to mark up to install and make a living but the quote I got was way beyond the normal mark up and upselling. The tech quoted that me I needed a duct clean on a 2 year old home, and put a quote for an April Aire that I did not ask for nor discuss into the quote in addition to the APCO X. The quote was an eye popping $11,000 dollars! Not only is this insulting to my intelligence but when I called the company they didn't care.

Very disappointing and frustrating experience with Anytime Plumbing in Las Vegas. We are a…read morefamily-owned restaurant, and we called them because our restaurant was flooding and we needed urgent help. We were told the service would be $970, but we were charged over $1,100. On top of that, the job was supposed to include jetting all the lines in the restaurant, including the main line. From what we understand, they only jetted one main line and did not complete the work we paid for. About 20 days later, we had problems again and asked them to come back under their 30-day warranty. They sent someone out, but he did not properly check anything. He basically looked at the drains and said it was not flooding at that moment. Now they want to charge us another $400 just to run a camera and check their own work. The most upsetting part was speaking with the manager. She was extremely unprofessional and was laughing while we were explaining the problem. This is very serious for a restaurant, and we felt completely dismissed. We paid for a service that we believe was not completed properly, and now they do not want to honor the warranty unless we pay even more money. This experience felt completely unfair and unacceptable. I do not usually write reviews like this, but this situation was too serious to ignore. We will also be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.I would avoid using "scam" too many times in the public review so it stays strong and credible.
