I can't remember the son's name but he's very kind and personable. These guys are definitely not trying to rip you off as they suggested a cheaper tire that was used and of higher quality then the newer more expensive tires that were also available. I think it was a couple of hours later and they had isolated the issue to include other symptoms that I had heard. It was a complicated issue to do with the linear transmission as I learned and they kept me in the loop the whole time, I knew my car was in the hands of experts. I've driven this car for over ten years and the function of the linear transfer of power from the electric to the gasoline motor is precisely what the issue was as it is driving with the same feel as when it was brand new! Their pricing is fair, honest and competitive and by far I will be referring them to anyone I know that has car issues.

So thankful this place was open on Sunday morning when most places were closed! A friendly, professional guy there helped me and he looked at all four tires for me although we couldn't find any damage to it. So he just game me some air but after spending about 20 minutes on my car, he said he wouldn't charge me. I said I would pay something for his time, but he refused. Kept showing a low tire sensor despite having filled the tire myself. They couldn't find a leak either and suggested to replace the valve stem, which was the cheapest option. The lady at the reception desk could not have been kinder and honest. The technician came out to talk to me and double checked my car before I left. I was thoroughly impressed by both of them. While I was waiting, she kept me updated on the status despite juggling the phone ringing non stop and customers in the lobby. Excellent customer service.
