INSERT FOOT INTO MOUTH…read more.... On my last review I talked about how I was having serious spider problems and how this company didn't do much to help well...normally I don't change my reviews but as an Elite yelper it is my duty to uphold the truth! So I recant my last review and I will now say that after Northwest Exterminator heard my cry for help they have been on the ball getting someone out to my house on the regular dealing with the spider issues I HAD! I Say had cause it's been weeks now since I've heard any spider complaints from my wife & kids which is great being that I have a 10month old who crawls all over the place! Even my wife has been impressed with the consistency of how Northwest checks in on us via phone or email, which says a lot about their professionalism and customer service! This company really cares and doesn't just toss aside customers concerns, they really stayed diligent on getting rid of these unwanted insects and that I can appreciate! Thanks Jessie Richter & Northwest Exterminating in my area for all the help!! And for making my home a LOT less spider friendly! As a man you wanna protect your family from everything and can sometimes go off on a handle when it comes to your lil girl being in any kind of danger....Lesson learned from a new home owner...before you blast a company on social media at least inform them of the issue and give them an opportunity to fix it!

If your builder installs Northwest Exterminating termite bait stations as part of a new…read moreconstruction home, be prepared for a relentless sales campaign afterward. I never signed a contract with Northwest, yet I was flooded with calls, mailers, and renewal notices pushing me to continue service at what I felt were outrageously inflated prices. The whole process felt less like customer service and more like a high pressure sales operation designed to convert homeowners into recurring contracts after the fact. Many homeowners likely assume the bait stations are simply part of the home's termite protection, only to later discover they're being aggressively solicited to pay annual fees to maintain them. The constant marketing, lack of transparency, and excessive renewal pricing left a very negative impression and ensured I would never consider using Northwest Exterminating.

Maybe if the garage wasn't crammed full it would help. . Anyway after our move in 2024 we've had termite treatment to the new house because the builder was lazy and just put out a few ground containers with sticks of wood! The poor technician who came was here a really long time especially drilling the concrete porch in back! He said the concrete was at least 20" deep! At any rate he did it all without complaining and did a great job! We wouldn't ever use another pest control company!

I appreciate the 30-day guarantee as well, just in case we have any lingering spiders or other pests. We'd definitely reach out to EcoGuard again the next time we're in need of pest management!

Highly Recommend EcoGuard Pest!…read more We have been using EcoGuard Pest for quite some time now, and I honestly cannot say enough good things about them. I've had three different technicians come to our home so far, and every single one has been great! We originally started using their services after my Seresto flea collars failed us and my dogs brought fleas into the house. Granted, we had blasting going on directly behind our house while a new neighborhood was being built, as well as blasting happening at the front of our neighborhood for a different development. This was likely contributing to a much higher-than-normal flea population in our yard, and the flea collars simply couldn't keep up. I called EcoGuard after being stood up by one pest company and rescheduled three times by another. EcoGuard was incredibly quick to come out and was extremely thorough. After just two treatments, they completely eradicated the fleas. We then had them begin treating our yard for fleas and ticks, as well as treating the exterior of our house with their pest maintenance service. This includes spraying to help keep bugs outside of my house, removing wasp nests, spiderwebs, etc. They come out on a quarterly basis. About a month ago, a mouse tried to take refuge in our house. I called EcoGuard immediately, and they came out the very next day. They didn't just set traps and leave--they actually helped me search for where the mouse could have gotten inside. We discovered that our puppy had more than likely pulled the cover off of our exterior dryer vent and chewed on the cover. I fixed that immediately, and thankfully, we haven't had any mice issues since. Then yesterday, I noticed some ants in my kitchen and gave them a call. Again, they came out the very next day. Robert treated the interior baseboards, underneath my sink, the tiny space between my granite and drywall, windows and doors, and placed a bait station on my countertop. He also treated the exterior windows, foundation, around the perimeter of our landscaping beds, the hot tub area, patio, certain areas of the siding and brick... literally anywhere he could treat, he treated! He was incredibly attentive and then took the time to help me look for ant trails so we could figure out where they were coming from. We found the source, and he treated that area as well as placing two bait stations underneath our grill deck where we believe they set up camp. The technician who has come out the last three times is Robert, and he has been absolutely wonderful. He is extremely kind, respectful, knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely seems to care about solving the problem--not just checking a box and leaving. I highly recommend Robert, as well as EcoGuard Pest as a company. They have yet to frustrate me or make me feel like I'm wasting my money. Their prices are very fair, they are on time, every technician I've met has been respectful and thorough, and their customer service is exactly what customer service should be. Even though I've had to call them out for two problems, I do not believe that is because they aren't doing a good job during their quarterly visits. Sometimes, that's just Mother Nature and life! When something unexpected pops up, they are here actually ASAP to help me figure it out and fix the problem--with a smile and a good attitude. That means a lot to me! If you're considering starting pest control service with EcoGuard, they are 100% worth it. Give them a call--you won't regret it!

The company was given as a recommendation from my HVAC company. Earlier in the 2021, during my annual termite inspection with my pest control service, there was standing water, one dead snake, one small live snake and other debris found in my crawlspace. I contacted 3 different companies for estimates and recommendations to address the concern. Here is the BLUF---Encapsulation is not always the answer and doesn't have to be your only choice!! I learned that from Ameri Care. They were the only company that immediately recognized other water intrusion concerns from the exterior of the home and provided options to address the issues. The estimates I received from the 3 companies ranged from $3500-$12K. Only one company, I believe was the one who gave me honest recommendations--Ameri Care Services. My inspector was Darren Kidd and he was professional from the time he arrived until I made my decision. The day the work was completed the crew worked 100% until it was complete and then made sure that i saw the work before they left. There was no pressure to "get this special deal" or "fully encapsulate" to "fix all my problems". Very satisfied with the work, the communication, and the process.
