I have tried their flat white, London fog, lemon scone, cheddar scone and date square. All were beautifully made and full of flavor. The ambiance is warm and inviting, with plenty of greenery and a relaxed vibe. There is also outdoor seating to enjoy on nice days. The staff are consistently fast, friendly, and welcoming, making every visit smooth and enjoyable whether you are grabbing a quick drink or staying to relax. Parking out front is limited to 15 minutes, but the train station offers 30 minutes free or the option to pay for longer. While the parking is not perfect, the coffee, treats, and atmosphere more than make up for it. Definitely a must stop spot every time I am at the station.

It was kind of small than what I thought but very caffeinated. The location is next the the Kitchener Go Station. It is seems like a very cozy, casual, quiet and not very busy. The staff were helpful and the service was really quick. There are a couple of weird things they did such as giving a drink with a lid so you can add any sweetener and dairy product in your drink depending on your drink. This might because of me mentioning any sweetener/sugar cause I was expecting a question about adding sweetener/sugar and/or any dairy products like other coffee places that were much larger and busier than this location.

As we walked in, I noticed the open concept and minimal decor and fell in love with it! We were greeted by both the employees working right away and I must say, the customer service was perhaps the best part of the entire experience. We were never rushed to order as they gave us plenty of time to debate the menu and when it came time to order, the gentleman was very thorough and helpful with the sizes of drinks, explaining the milk alternatives which are free of charge, order was clarified to ensure it was correct - all in all, you could feel he took his time to get things right for us. When our iced matcha beverages were handed off, he realized he didn't let us know they come Una's a default and there, he offered simple syrup or vanilla syrup of our choosing since we do prefer our matcha sweetened. After tasting, we told him two pumps wasn't sweet enough and he kindly added more syrup for us. I personally ordered the seasonal white chocolate matcha as a hot beverage which was tasty but a little too sweet - I would request for half sweet next time. I also got the sea salt chocolate chip cookie as I couldn't resist (it looked so good in the pastry display!) It turned out to be absolutely delicious - the edges being the best part. My mom said it paired well with her Americano which was made with their Heritage blend. Speaking of which, before my mom ordered her coffee, she was offered to try their brew before buying which was really helpful as it ended up being too acidic for her. The Heritage blend was much more her preference with the nutty notes. All in all, a nice place to study and/or grab a coffee and snack to go! I'd highly recommend anyone to visit if in the area.

When I want to reward myself with something enjoyable, I often think of picking up tea at Distinctly Tea. They have an immense number of selections and have knowledgeable, passionate store representatives. Shelves, package sizes, prices, and labels are well-organized, origin of tea leaves and descriptions are accessible, and the staff are always eager to introduce me to alternatives and different flavours that I might be interested in if I'm already drinking certain types of tea. The tea leaves smell amazing, and the colour of enhancments such as flower petals and spice bits really makes it worth the purchase. I've tried their white chai loose leaf, masala chai black tea, vanilla rooibos, chocolate supreme rooibos, blueberry rooibos, and earl grey. I cannot even express in words how much I enjoy grabbing some of their tea from my pantry in the evenings, and brewing a pot to go with a good book just before bed. If you are also at the Farmer's Market in St. Jacob's, they also have a stall indoors there too.

I grabbed a seat outside while I waited for my order, and the staff couldn't have been more courteous. The lovely team told me they'd let me know as soon as a table opened up; and they did! One of the kind baristas even helped carry my drink and dishes over to the new spot. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made me feel genuinely welcomed. The latte I ordered was beautifully made; smooth, rich, and exactly what a great latte should taste like. These baristas clearly know their way around an espresso machine. I only just discovered Café O Roaster & Bakery today after recently moving to the Woolwich area, but even with how busy it gets, the atmosphere and amazing staff have already made it my new go-to work-from-home spot when I'm not in the office.

She responded saying that I need not come back and she has a business to run. Will not be returning.
