The service writer was easily the worst part of my experience at this shop. He came across as rude,…read moredistant, disinterested, and completely unfocused. Communication was practically nonexistent, and getting a straight answer felt like pulling teeth. His assistant was sweet but she didn't know anything about motorcycles He seemed more interested in getting customers out of his way than actually helping them. Questions were met with short, dismissive responses, updates were inconsistent, and there was little to no effort to explain what work was being done, why it was necessary, or when the motorcycle would be ready. A service writer should be the bridge between the customer and the technicians, but this individual seemed to create an unnecessary disconnect. He failed to follow up, didn't seem to keep track of important details, made customers feel like an inconvenience, and demonstrated very little ownership over the service process. Motorcycle service requires trust. Customers are leaving expensive machines in someone else's hands and deserve transparency, professionalism, and accountability. Unfortunately, none of those qualities were demonstrated here. A shop's reputation is only as good as the people representing it, and this service department needs to take a serious look at how customers are being treated.
