Would definately "NOT" recommend this business. Been there twice, first was a 3 out of 5. Second…read morewas one of the worst experiences of my life. First time they said it would take two weeks and took them over a month. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and they gave me many excuses. Two years later, tried them again. Called and they told me business was slow and they could get it in and out in "2 days". I said great. Took it in on Monday and waited a full week for a call and nothing. Called them Monday afternoon and I was told they got tied up on something and they would have it done in a "day or two". Waited another week and called them on Monday again. Again I was told they got busy and would have it in a "day or two". I told the owner, whom I was talking to, I had already been told this twice. The guy absolutely went apesh*t on the phone. I said hey, I'm just asking a question and if you are as busy as you say, I can come get it and take it elsewhere. I "never" cussed or raised my voice, just quoted what I had been told (now 3 times). He was a complete unprofessional jerk. Cussing and calling me names like I had done something wrong. I politely told him I would be by to get my 4 wheeler. I went to his place of business and face to face, he wasn't quite the bada*s he was on the phone. Made many, many excuses and cried about being busy and having to work on broken 4 wheelers. ""Seriously"". He literally complained about people bringing in broken 4 wheelers that "these idiots try to fix themselves and screw it up, then bring it to me wanting me to fix it". I said really. The nerve of people bringing you, a repair shop, a broken 4 wheeler. He said "he was ready to close the place up because of people wanting him to fix them in days when I have a months backlog, then they call (his words) bitching because it's not done in two days". I told him, maybe he needs to tell his people to stop telling the customers you could get it done in two days. He said "they aren't supposed to tell anybody that, we can't possibly get it done that fast". I said, well that's what you told me when I called. How did you expect to get it done in the 2 days you told me on the phone? He again went off and started saying, "well I'm not going to take any sh*t off anyone". I cut him off and said, I never gave you any sh*t, just asked a simple question and you went balistic on the phone. I also added, maybe you should close the doors if you are unable to keep your word and you obviously are so unhappy. He said a few other things under his breath and I got my 4 wheeler and left. Long story short: This shop owner has a seriously bad attitude, tells you anything to get it to his shop (lies), he is a foul mouthed slob, doesn't respect any of his customers (called them idiots), doesn't like being called out on his lies, has a very messy shop (crap everywhere), retail area is also a mess, and definately is not someone I would ever trust to work on anything.
