This place scammed my 76 year old father by selling him a battery they didn't install. My father…read moretook my mom's 2019 expedition in for an oil change and asked them to replace the battery also. The battery was fine but was the original from the factory. They were about to take a long roadtrip to see friends so he wanted to avert any unnecessary emergencies on the road. Six months after they supposedly installed a new battery, the battery died. When my dad took a look at the battery, it was the same Ford OEM battery that came with the expedition when they bought it new, not the replacement this place sold him. When he took it back they gave him some BS story to explain what happened. They did finally install the battery he bought 6 months prior. If they will pull this scam on an old man, they have no moral compass and I would advise all to stay away.

He showed us all of the services he'd done. They even put new struts, shocks and tires. Beautiful detail. They have a free one year complete warranty, which is unheard of with a used car like ours. Our neighbors have bought several cars. It's a business Todd built from the ground up. The shop is immaculate. They service cars as well. A great guy. Honest. Can't recommend this dealer enough. I thought there were only 8 Yelp reviews but a lot are hidden.
