Well some time in august after plenty trial and error I stumbled across these guys after my car broke down on me. My car was towed and stored safely, once they were able to look at it, which was the very next day I had already assumed I knew the issues so I bought at least 150$ in parts and put them in the vehicle. Well the very next day I received a call and not only were they honest about those parts not being the issue they told me exactly the problem, in what order it needed to be fixed and that I could also bring the parts back to save myself the money. They fixed my Elco in a timely matter. As a local truck driver I at times get stuck out on the road and it's hard to pin-point my time back. Not only were they understanding but they didn't charge me storage fee and worked with me with fantastic communication about helping me get it back. WAIT! It gets even better! So I finally was able to pick up the Elco and a hose slipped off on my way home about 1.5 miles from my apartment. That hose had nothing to do with the parts fixed on the vehicle for one, secondly after maybe 30 minutes I was able to get it home. Once I did i called the shop, that hose I'm referring to controlled how the transmission shifted which made sense because it was a chore getting it 1.5 miles to my place however I called just for some help and not only were they willing to help me over the phone but Jeff came from Gallatin to Goodlettsville, TO MY APARTMENT and helped me get the hose back on properly. My mom always told me to be thankful for people who go above and beyond and let me tell you this shop is a very down to earth family owned business who definitely deserve the glory because every step of the way I was made to feel safe about my vehicle and that it was definitely going to get the care it needed all the way down to the awesome customer service over the phone and efforts that they really didn't even have to extend to me. If you are in Nashville and have any vehicle that needs to be fixed or looked into YOU WILL BE SELLING YOURSELF SHORT BY NOT BRINGING IT IN HERE. Thanks you guys!

It's making a horrendous squeaking noise since he worked on it, which he refused to come and look at after I waited for him to arrive all day and at the end of the day, he texted me saying he wasn't coming and was not coming back because it was too far to drive for him and he had a long day. I just left O'Reilly's auto parts because the alternator he bought from O'Reillys and installed on my vehicle is bad and thankfully O'Reillys could pull up this guys account and they refunded me my money - but only what this guy paid for it which was $440, so I'm still out the $500 extra that I paid for this bad alternator...so I've basically learned that he upcharged me for the alternator by $500. Plus he billed me labor to install it. (He also charged me $969 for this refurbished alternator that only cost him $440). O'Reillys showed me what this guy paid for it and a brand new one is less expensive than what he charged me for a refurbished one which he installed without asking me if I minded if he used refurbished parts. I thought he was installing new parts, and when I told him I wanted a new alternator, he told me it was thousands of dollars and that's why he went with refurbished one. That is also a lie, which I found out today. I also had to replace the new battery he charged me for and installed because the alternator drained it and thankfully O'Reillys replaced it at no charge to me and I learned this guy upcharged me on the battery by over $100 plus he charged me labor to install it. He comes across as a very nice person, but beware! Very, very, very disappointed. Everyone in O'Reillys could not believe the amount he was over charging me for parts when I showed them the invoices he had provided to me. There are much better and more honest Mobile Mechanic's out there, find them and do not use this guy. He goes by Antoine.

They were about to take a long roadtrip to see friends so he wanted to avert any unnecessary emergencies on the road. Six months after they supposedly installed a new battery, the battery died. When my dad took a look at the battery, it was the same Ford OEM battery that came with the expedition when they bought it new, not the replacement this place sold him. When he took it back they gave him some BS story to explain what happened. They did finally install the battery he bought 6 months prior. If they will pull this scam on an old man, they have no moral compass and I would advise all to stay away.

It should come as no surprise therefore, that I am a frequent customer of my local mechanic. I usually visit Tony at Anything Auto, but several times a year he takes a week off to go fishing, and this usually coincides with a catastrophic problem with one of my vehicles. I checked the reviews for other local mechanics and found B&E, coincidentally right next door to Anything Auto. It turns out they are actually close friends and frequently help one another. On this occasion my old GM conversion van had a total brake failure. The lady at the front desk was exceedingly polite, and they got my van inspected, the main cylinder replaced, a minor seat repair and out the door the same day for under $200. Long story short they had my car for 6 weeks and gave it back to me in worse shape than I brought it in. After I spent $1K getting it "fixed"... and they never called me once. I brought this car to B&E last month on the 5th. I knew about a wheel bearing issue and some sort of leak. When dropping it off I asked them to take a look and let me know so I could order the more expensive parts. I also asked them to check the timing belt in case it needed to be done. They confirmed the wheel bearing issue and told me the leak was coming from the crank seals. I ordered and brought them a new wheel hub assembly within days and was under the impression they were going to start on it, as they said they would. 5 business days later I CALL THEM to which they inform me they have not started because they believed I was ordering the $20 seals to fix the leak. I informed them that I never said that I was only ordering the expensive parts and gave them the go ahead to order the seals. 5 more business days I check the status of the car and now they tell me they can not separate the hub from the spindle knuckle and I will need to order another part. This is when they finally inform me the timing belt needs to be replaced. By this time we are several weeks in. I continually asked them what they thought about the car whether it was worth putting $ into. They kept saying they wouldn't know or be able to give it any inspection really until it was fixed and running again. I was finally back from vacation at this point and brought them the timing belt and they had found a spindle knuckle. They then informed me there were 2 cars in front of me (somehow) and my car still would take yet another business week. I finally show up to pick up there car which they told me on two separate occasions earlier in the day would be ready - it was not. There was some hose that was swollen and they told me they would have it in one more hour. Nearing the end I finally get a call saying it was finished. I went and paid them and I made it .4 miles down the road before it started smoking and I parked it. Once again back at there place they now inform me that there is a separate leak they knew nothing of (because they are either trying to get my money or they truly didn't know and are horrible at their jobs). So needless to say I am done with them and the car. I asked repeatedly if the car looked solid enough to put $ into and fix up to which I never got much of a reply until the very end. I'm not sure how you run a business on a clean conscience.
