My biggest problem is with the company itself, when I originally bought my furnace and air unit I was told that by joining the club that they would call me twice a year to set up the appointments for the cleaning and inspections. That was 3 years ago and so far I have had to call every time that I had them here for the cleanings I would think that they would want to have them done at the beginning of the season. This being July half the summer is over if my air conditioning was not working right I would have been wasting energy. Now I have to wait till January to get my furnace actually checked unless there is a problem again that is halfway or more through the season, I still believe that it should be done at the beginning of the season not halfway through it. Chris done everything that is listed below just like the second guy did from last year. The technician took his time to clean up the outdoor unit of my air conditioning. He rinsed it then he sprayed soap on it then he rinsed it again I was surprised at how much dirty water came out of it considering I've got no trees around the unit. This is the second spring that I've had them out to do the air conditioning check he done a lot more than the first guy did.

I told him I did not appreciate that approach that somehow I believe if I told him I was willing to spend $50,000, he would quote me $50,000 for furnace and heat pump. He seemed big on trying to get me to finance for the project. Did not want to hear that I didn't need to finance. In my the end, he quoted almost $22,000 for a high efficiency, gas, furnace and middle grade heat pump. I had no trouble finding the exact same specification equipment for almost half of that price. Lovely color brochures, and very knowledgeable salesman but no reason to be ripped off.

Quick to arrive, knowledgeable in identifying the needs of the people. They can solve the immediate needs, and plan out a long term course to get the family back to "normal". SO... When I was caught in the middle of a household diaster that was way over my capabilities I didn't hesitate to call Diaster Recovery Service. We had one to two inches of water in the basement after the heavy rain on Saturday night/early Sunday morning. Never having had water problems before. We swept an cleaned most of the water out, but a 2600+ square foot size finished basement is too much to even think about tackling yourself. Mud,sewage, water, a huge mess. I called them at 7am on a Sunday morning. By 830 (or so) Reggie Jr was looking over the mess and evaluating what they needed to do to get me on the way to "normalcy". By Monday afternoon my basement was clean, dry(ish), and had fans, and dehumidifiers running. The crew were friendly and very concerned about my "stuff". They took out the ruined carpets. Steam-cleaned the floors. Wiped off the furniture and got it off of the damp floor, removed the trash. All in a few hours. Even though there is a lot of work to do to keep this from happening again. The hopelessness you feel at the start is relieved with a call to Diaster Recovery Service. I can't praise them enough for the great work, and advice. Having someone you can trust and advice from professionals to eases your worry is priceless. And after seeing families put out of their homes by various catastrophic events for 25 years. I knew these people knew what to do to help me. I wasn't wrong. 5 stars just doesn't begin to say thanks.
