Price was crazy high, but I needed to get the faucet installed, and they were going to charge me like $250 for doing nothing, if I didnt let them work. Plumber broke my sink and ripped out the garbage disposal. He wound up using a 2x4 chunk of wood and some a terrible caulk job to attach the sink back to the quartz counter top. I told the customer service people about what happened and they said they would send someone out to fix the broken sink. A week later, "a Sr Plumber" showed up, didnt do anything, but take some pictures and say "the sink was going to break....eventually, anyway". Basically, they had no intention of fixing the broken sink, only covering their ass. Look elsewhere this is a horribly managed company!

I had a toilet replaced and the work was done well, but the pricing is deceptive. I was told over…read morethe phone that it would cost $280 for the toilet replacement, but the bill was $460. Most of the additional fees were understandable to me as the plumber also helped resolve an issue with another toilet, but it would have been nice if some of the additional charges would have been told to me when I was making the appointment. Especially the out of area charge and the toilet removal charge, as clearly those were known when I made the appointment and would make the original quoted price obsolete.

He thoroughly diagnosed the issue and was up front and honest about my options. He tried snaking and pulled an enormous root clog out. At that point he explained the next move: either keep trying to snake, which might not work, or go for the hydrojetting. We talked about it for awhile and he made some good points. I decided to go the cheaper short-term route to try the snake and then save up for the jetting in a few months. Luckily it worked. I cannot be more pleased with the service. This is my third time in 6 years using these guys. Professional, prompt, thorough, knowledgeable and honest. As for all the negative reviews? Seriously? Act like a decent human being and have reasonable expectations. I gambled on the snaking. If it didn't work, that's on me. They are not wizards with some magical powers. I also didn't call last night when I noticed it, as there was no need for after hours charges when all I have to do is not use the water til morning. Don't believe the hype. Call them.
