Found this company on Thumbtack and described our project which was cleaning and sealing our grout. I was quoted $600 for the job but when Ishmael got here he claimed that the grout was very dirty and would now cost $900. So bait and switch. We were naive so we went ahead anyway. But who calls to get their grout cleaned and sealed when it is not dirty. Clue #1. We have no proof that he even sealed the grout at all. Never mentioned it and I doubt it was done. Plus he missed many spots and most areas near the baseboard. It was $500 job, not $900. You live and learn. Anytime the price increases after agreeing to the price is a bright red flag and bad business. read more

Nice guys. Fit us in same day and did a great job cleaning our tile. Unfortunately, they rushed the job though and in the process some of the solution they used flicked up on the bottom of our brand new stainless steel fridge. I didn't notice the stains until the next day and I contacted Ishmael. He said he would contact me to resolve the issue but after a week I didn't hear from him. We found a chemical that could take the stain off, as normal cleaner wouldn't work. It took the stain off but also damaged the finish. I found Ismail's company on the Thumbtack app and requested a quote to get my tile and grout cleaned and sealed. We started messaging back and forth and then I read he does more than tile/grout and was pumped!!! I have two large dogs that I adore but they are hard on the house and furniture! Ismail gave me an estimate on my grout/tile and even the cost to clean my sectional. He agreed to come out on a Saturday morning to give me a firm quote based on square footage and if I liked the price he would start right away. The night before, I messaged Ismail late to inform him I may want to include my carpeted stairs in the quote and also ask if they mask off the stainless appliances and my newly installed engineered hardwood flooring that butts up to the tile. I was worried about damage but he assured me they would mask everything. Ismail called on his way and arrived promptly with Jesse. He gave me the quote for tile/grout, sectional and stairs and started right away! They even got it all done in about 2.5 hours! Easy-peasy and everything looks great! I hired All Steam Phx to help get the carpets looking as good as they possibly could in my house in Tempe. Ishmael went above and beyond to make the place look good and it was no small task because the cleaning was following a frat party and the carpets are way old. All carpets in the entire house were cleaned for a low price and he even threw in doing the kitchen floor. He also not only deodorized but also sanitized a few areas at no extra cost. Great experience! They were able to fit me into their schedule within a couple of days of making my initial call. They kept me posted on their arrival time. Ishmael & Jessie arrived when expected and both were very kind & professional. We walked through my place and Ishmael worked within my budget to get carpets & drapes cleaned. Wish I could rate less than one star. These people are liars. They sent a coupon for $9.99 a room. We called the confirmed the coupon was valid. They had a guy come out I showed him the coupon and he started to do the carpets. When he was done he tried charging me $220 for 2 small rooms and 15 stairs in my condo. That's a joke. I said no we have the coupon and he went on to tell me how he did more than what I said to be done and how it "needed" it so without asking he did it all. That's BS. I called him out so he came down to $150. That's still crap. I had a verified coupon. How is that legal. Looking at the charges it was $30 for two rooms. The coupon was for $9.99 a room 2 rooms were done. I am not satisfied with the quality either. If I were to pay that much I would have gone with a better company and an honest one. These guys are horrible. They are liars and don't do quality work. Don't use them! read more
