We had a mold issue downstairs in a storage area in our basement. This basement area is adjacent to a renter's bedroom, so yeah, big problem! We initially tried to deal with the problem by scrubbing ourselves but my wife got sick while attempting to do so (KIDS...DON'T TRY THIS AT HOME!) Patrick to the rescue. I was able to quickly get an appointment and he was able to quickly assess the problem. His team of John and another gentleman WORKED THEIR BUTTS OFF!!!! They basically had to sand all the mold that had accumulated on the wood...I heard dual sanders going on downstairs for hours on end. THEY WORKED SOOOOOO HARD! They came by on October 1st during the heat wave when it reached 103 degrees outside. They worked from about 10 am to 4 pm to completely remediate our mold situation. When they knocked on our door at about 1 pm, they were dripping in sweat. By 430 pm or so it was done. Patrick was nice enough to leave his air scrubber for three days to completely purify the air. Patrick is an amazing businessman because he is an amazing PERSON. This guy's life is driven with PURPOSE & PASSION. Do you guys remember the Ultimate Warrior from WWE? After my insurance company caused complications that led to First Call terminating the job which I understood, I received an invoice in May of last year. I paid that balance in full with two separate checks within two weeks. I have the receipts, the copies of the checks, and the bank statements showing exactly when First Call cashed them. After a full year of zero communication, I woke up today to a voicemail and email threatening to send me to collections within 48 hours. They claimed they had been "trying to reach me" for 12 months, which is untrue. I checked my call logs and my email history; there was absolutely nothing. When I called and provided my proof of payment and the exact dates they cashed my checks, they admitted the "error" was simply because someone forgot to check a box in their system. It is incredibly stressful and offensive to have your credit threatened because a company can't be bothered to check their own bank deposits before sending out threats. As a veteran, I live by a standard of integrity and doing your due diligence. Relying on a "checked box" as the Bible instead of doing actual research is lazy and unprofessional. Do better, not just for your customers, but for the reputation of the guys out there doing the actual work.

At first it seemed like a good inspection, now that my…read morehusband and I are living in the property that was Inspected by this company, they did a complete SLIP SHOD shod job. 1) They claimed the Breakers/Electrical panel was labeled correctly. Well, it is NOT. I went to turn off the fuse labeled 'Dryer'. And I got shocked when attempting to reconnect the wire which was hanging out of the dryer outlet. Meaning the breaker box/ panel is NOT labeled correctly. This is very concerning seeing how someone can get seriously injured. And this company couldn't take the time to test any of the breakers. 2) The kitchen sink is messing caulk and clips. That is not on the inspection. Which means they didnt brothered to look. 3) Hot and Cold water lines under the kitchen sink were not connected to the correct inlet. Which means they didn't brother to look at all. This makes me question everything else they 'checked'. They do horrible work and its messed up that we had to pay them to do faulty work. And of course how is the customer suppose to know this when we rely on them to do the job? Due to this company's slip shod job me, my husband or anyone else who performed work on this place could have been seriously injured because this company cannot and did perform and lied on the report. What a worse of money. But this company will continue to stay in business because buyers wont know how horrible or good of a job they perform until its to late.
