We used All Star fence to install 4' chain link at our new house this past spring. They went way above and beyond with the installation cutting up some downed trees and clearing out our fence line. They did great job for us so when a wind storm snapped a maple tree that took out our neighbors fence we called All Star. Got estimate, paid my deposit now 10 months later still no fence and no one with authority will call me back.

Will not return phone calls!!! Paid them half down,then did not hear from them for about 2 months!! Very upsetting!!! Finally they came out to do the work and we couldn't have asked for a better crew! Everyone worked super hard and did not stop for the 3 days it took to install. Our fence looks very nice and we are very satisfied!! If they could improve the office part of this business, it would be a flawless company!! read more

Very disappointed with them. They were recommended by a few neighbors in our HOA. Can't comment on the fence quality as work was not done at all. We signed a contract for a vinyl fence in early March 2020. Tim promised the work would be completed by 1st week of April 2020. Covid causes delay and supplier issues and date is pushed back to May. Very understandable. No work done in May too and every time we call, they said they will start later this week. Every week in June we call, they said they will start early next week (Tim or Amy). Promised again to have it installed by July 4th. Did not show up. Multiple lies and work not complete. After 4 months, I asked them to cancel the contract and they did not even apologize in the end. Tim didn't pick up calls on several occasions. Don't be nice to them, they will take advantage of it. read more

Exceeded expectations! We are hard to impress, but this company definately impressed us! The contractor we worked with was "Larry", and he showed up for the fencing quote, right on time. He worked with us on the price, and even got us a temporary fence put up THAT AFTERNOON, since we have a dog and a toddler and live on a busy street. The owner called me and they were able to get our wood privacy fence installed, weeks earlier than quoted. The quality of work is supherb! If you're looking for a company to show up when they say they're going to and follow through with what they say they're going to do, I don't recommend this one. We've called multiple time attempting to have our fence repaired within the warranty. Twice they've given us a window with which it would be done. Twice, it hasn't been done and we haven't been updated. I called today to try again and the worker said she'd call back within an hour. No phone call. read more

I had a vinyl fence installed at my house in August 2015. The did an outstanding job, no complaints at all. They showed up on time, finished a few hours before they estimated they would and the fence looks fantastic still, it has been 2 years. I called them back when I bought another house to do a wood privacy fence in February of 2016. I received the same great service, The fence still looks great and I have not one complaint or issue. I am online today get their number to call them again to have another fence put in at a different house. I would not be calling them back if their work was not top notch and if I did not feel as though I would get a great fence at a great price. HIGHLY Recommended. read more

I called them for an estimate to install chain link fencing at my rental property after seeing their work for my uncle. They NEVER SHOWED... after setting appointments twice. It was a complete waste of my time. I cleared my schedule and kept the time open to be available. When I called the first time, 30 minutes after the scheduled time, the receptionist had to call to find out where they were. Then she tells me they can't make it. We rescheduled. Again, 30 minutes AFTER they were due, I called to inquire if they are even coming. She starts to call to see where they are AGAIN. I just hung up. Why would I do business with folks so unprofessional, they can't even call you say they're running late or whatever? Common courtesy is all it required. I will NEVER do business with them. There are too many other choices. Or perhaps they didn't really want my business since my property is on the west side. Too bad since I have three properties and plan to get more. read more

Stay far away! You may get lucky and get have a great job completed or the owner may hold a grudge and do a terrible job, do you really want to test your luck? The boss is rude, makes every excuse possible, their workers don't start until after 10, says he is doing everything he can to fix things but doesn't really, finished our job 5 days late, had to come out 3 times to fix uneven boards, one worker "just looked" all through our garden with his hands, they left trash, dirt and concrete all over the posts and yard. The owner told his worker he should have never taken our job and told me my husband (and our neighbors) should have never hired him after he (the owner) just left without saying anything during our estimate appointment! I apparently had my hands full with "all my kids" and waiting 5 min for my husband to get home at the scheduled appointment time, was too much. We gave him a second chance but apparently the owner held a grudge and performed a really sloppy and unprofessional job. He told me my negative review meant nothing because he is an A+ company and he's never had a problem before. If you really read online he has had problems before. It is apparently our neighbors and our fault for the way the job went. After this nightmare I would never recommend them to anyone, even for a good price! read more
