At the end of May…read moreI was asked if I made the initial half down payment, which a link was never sent to me Initially. Instead of recognizing their error and placing me higher on their installation list, I was placed on bottom. I did not hear from them between April and end of May, and did not hear from them as to when my fence would be installed. At the beginning of July, I emailed about my frustration with lack of communication and how long this was taking since I approved the quote in April. They responded that day and the next week, they showed up to install. Contractor said it would be two days. With no additional clarification, I assumed that day and the next. Nope, that day and another day.....no information given as to when the second day would be. We had a Kentucky board, western style fence installed to keep 2 dogs in, with two access gates. Within 10 seconds of letting my dogs out, one of them got out of the fence at the gate. Come to fine out the gage of fence used behind the Kentucky board is bendable by hand. When I contacted the owner, he said this was not a normal problem. I find that hard to believe as my dog is nothing special. We had to fix the new fence ourselves. We have had to fix several additional places where the gage of the original fence is not holding up. It's too week and I can bend it myself. Decent work, quality of the product is poor, and communication is pitiful at best. Not worth the cheaper price - you get what you pay for.......

If you're looking for a company to build your deck, pavilion, screened-in room, gazebo...I strongly…read morerecommend All Decked Out. All Decked Out (ADO) replaced our old deck with a beautiful new deck and screened-in room in less than a month, and we're delighted with the results. As advertised, they used high-quality, low-maintenance materials (e.g., Deckorators decking and Woodtone®Tongue & Groove ceiling panels), and the workmanship was excellent. Other things we liked about ADO: * Their photo gallery shows actual photos from projects they completed, instead of a gallery full of stock photos [GOOGLE image search is your friend]. They also have photos of projects they're working on and videos on their Instagram pages (AllDeckedOut513 and AllDeckedOut513.Day2Day). * ADO's website clearly explained their process and what clients can expect after contacting them [See "Start Here"https://alldeckedout513.com/our-process/] * We liked the fact that ADO handles both design and construction. * ADO uses the Builder Trend app, which made communicating with the office and project leaders, invoicing and payments super easy and convenient. The project builder keeps a daily log on the app. If we have any questions post-completion, we can message them via the app. * They have a 3yr builder's warranty. * Everyone was so nice and so patient...Jennifer(admin), Joe & Jessica (the owners), Jeff (project leader), and John & Taylor (our builder and his helper). A big thanks to All Decked Out for bringing our vision to life.

All Decked Out was the only one that required front end homework (beyond what was already available in a web form) -and- charged a "consultation fee" of $100. I didn't proceed to set-up the consultation because their reviews online and competitive estimate should provide enough knowledge to their potential customer vs. instead of pinning them into working with them because of the thought of, "Well, we've already paid $100 towards working with this company..."
