If you're looking for a company to build your deck, pavilion, screened-in room, gazebo...I strongly recommend All Decked Out. All Decked Out (ADO) replaced our old deck with a beautiful new deck and screened-in room in less than a month, and we're delighted with the results. As advertised, they used high-quality, low-maintenance materials (e.g., Deckorators decking and Woodtone®Tongue & Groove ceiling panels), and the workmanship was excellent. Other things we liked about ADO: * Their photo gallery shows actual photos from projects they completed, instead of a gallery full of stock photos [GOOGLE image search is your friend]. I've contacted approximately 10 companies to provide an estimate for a porch/deck project at my rental property. All Decked Out was the only one that required front end homework (beyond what was already available in a web form) -and- charged a "consultation fee" of $100. I hate these fees in every capacity working with contractors, but I can't recall this ever being present outside of plumbers and electricians. I didn't proceed to set-up the consultation because their reviews online and competitive estimate should provide enough knowledge to their potential customer vs. instead of pinning them into working with them because of the thought of, "Well, we've already paid $100 towards working with this company..." read more

the other c company haing to ro rip out our our deck and replace it with synthetic wood wants to charge me $27,000. You obviously knew the word you use was substandard and not treated with arsenic and will only last seven years however you never told me this while you were putting in the deck. I am also concerned about the copula you guys installed as well as stairs. I have grandchildren who are young and the splinters and splinters in their feet. if you would have told me this was going to have happened, I would gladly have paid extra for the Trex wood. I am 74 years old and my wife is 72 years old. We saw no reason to put in material that would last 30 years meaning that I could only enjoy it to 104 years old that's the reason we didn't use the track. As this seems to be all your fault for using substandard material and not telling me the only outcome that I can see that fair is that you rip up to that as it is and you tr replay it was tracks synthetic wood cost to me. Are we negotiate some sort of deal where I would pay for 1/3 of the wood and you would install it I realize this is not a very good business decision for you wasn't a good business decision to use the nonstick treated wood on your first put the deck up and then tell me anything about it. Let me know what you decided at 513-692-8446. I am a PT chemist and could easily analyze the wood for arsenic content, then could bring to the court to make a decision if you told me things were rutruet. Your problems with the EPA are not my problem. Please get back with me on this subject so we can further negotiate.. My new deck is magazine perfect. Steven Brown was the foreman on my job. He paid strict attention to every detail so when he finished the job there was nothing left undone. In October, 2018-I contacted All Decked Out for the purpose of constructing two (2) beams that would connect the rear wall of my house and the detached garage. The two beams would serve as a connecting structure or mini pergola for the back courtyard area. The beams were to have lights added to them also. I paid a $60.00 consultation fee that was to be taken out of my final total for the project...a mock up drawing of the project was never done by the All Decked out staff. Upon agreement to commence the work to be done, I paid for $945.00 (half) of the total $1,890.00 project for the two beams. I however submitted in digital format a mock-up sample of the look I was hoping to achieve by installing the beams. Upon booking my job for the end of May/ early June, 2019...I was approached by the owner Joe Hagan about an option/addition to my project called a leuvered roof. The leuvered roof was outside of my price range substantially (an additional $14 grand). I informed the All Decked out staff that I wanted to proceed with my original two beam design and was reassured repeatedly that we could install the two beams to look like the original desired look and if I changed my mind later, I could always add the leuvered roof option to my project for an additional $14, 000.00 dollars. We proceeded with the original project. Upon near completion of the two beam design, I was very disappointed with the look. It looked very much like an unfinished roof frame. I contacted the foreman and the owner of all decked out and was told by the owner (Joe Hagan) that he agreed that the beams "looked underwhelming" (his words) and that he would proceed with the removal of the beams. On 6-19-19, I was informed that the removal of the beams would cost me $700.00 out of my original down payment for the project. The $700.00 charged to myself would serve as labor fee for the contractor who installed the beams that "looked underwhelming" per Joe Hagan. I feel this is completely wrong to the customer as I am left with one side of my home left with concrete siding that needs repaired and the other side of my garage left with holes in the vinyl siding that will beed to be replaced completely by myself to get the home structure back in the original shape prior to the beginning of the project. Why am I responsible for them completely missing the mark on the vision of this project? I have also contacted the better business bureau to recover my $700.00. Costs for construction work should not be passed on to the consumer if all are in agreement that the finished project "looked underwhelming". read more

I contracted All Decked Out for a simple 14' x 12' deck, sized to cover my existing stone porch in the back yard. Was very happy overall. Reasonable price, excellent quality. My only problems were that 1) They left a LOT of gravel in my lawn, either from making the footers or knocking out the old stone steps; I shop vac'd it up, no big deal... but sloppy. 2) There was a delay and an upcharge because they didn't fully examine where the deck would meet the house when they quoted me, and had to change design slightly on the day of the install. 3) Hate to be picky, but in the out-of-the-way places, the vertical railing pickets still had the stapled-on UPC price stickers from the lumber yard on them, as I found when I had to reach into tight spots when I stained and sealed the deck. I hired them to have a new deck built on my home. I received estimates from several other companies. Joe arrived on time to give me an estimate and seemed very knowledgeable. One of the other companies gave me a cheaper estimate but showed up late and did not seem as knowledgeable as Joe so I decided to hire All Decked Out. I definitely feel like I made the right choice. The work was completed on time and the craftsmanship was very good. The crew was friendly and respectful. We now have a great space to enjoy the outdoors and and have gotten numerous compliments from friends and neighbors. I can't wait until the spring so we can have fun on our new deck! read more
