This company has incredible, professional business communication! From the time I called the front…read moreoffice, they told me to contact Manuel to make an appointment for him to evaluate our electrical issue. I called Manuel and he said he was told I would contact him. He listened to my electrical concern, told me he could come drive down all the way from Boca Raton to Miami and even gave me an updated ETA text prior to his arrival. He was at my parent's home within 2 hours. Manuel gave us a reasonable quote and even emailed us the tentative estimate. The next day his 2 service technicians came out on time. They fixed the issue and had done exactly what was needed. Manuel did adjust the quote accordingly to the service that was installed. He had emailed the revised quote and gave us all the options to make the payment convenient. Manuel and his team were very respectful, kind and so helpful in this process. Most of all the communication was top notch, I was very appreciative of that. He knew people were moving in the next day and that time was of the essence, and I took him at his word. The plan was he'd submit a repair request through the home warranty company and be back in a month to finalize the work. Two days later on a Friday we discovered he'd abandoned the job and never returned or replaced the meter. He refused to finish the work or even come back to the property because he took the day off. His office was similarly lackadaisical, saying they'd only send someone back if we paid out of pocket! It turns out this was all about trying to squeeze more money out of us in a very blatant and heavy handed way. The behavior of the tech and the business was unprofessional at best and grossly negligent at worst. People and entities like this give South Florida a bad name. Buyer Beware, this is not a company that can be trusted to do the work as promised nor to keep its customers informed. Now that I reflect on the experience I'm almost glad they didn't do the promised repair because I'd never be able to trust the quality of their work.
