The issue is I am located in Cape Coral. I reached back out to them because my outdoor outlets no longer pass 110v. I have done all I can to try and resolve the issue myself. Since I was unable to resolve the issue I needed them to come back out and fix the issue since it was on outlets they repaired and should be under warranty.
