I got the owner to visit, he talked about all kinds of unrelated things, did not measure anything and said I would get a bid. I called twice and after a week he promises I'll get one the next day. I get busy, I don't get ignoring potential customers. So glad I did not use them.

We are very happy with the work these guys did to our home recently. They replaced our roof, both…read morepatio and pool decks, and installed a sliding glass door. Marcos gave me an estimate for each one, which was very fair. First, they did a complete tear off and put on a new roof. Then, they replaced the deck boards and did repairs to some boards underneath. The third project, they replaced our patio door with a sliding glass door. At each job, they arrived on time, cleaned up the area after, and they are all very friendly. I know I wouldn't get a better job for a better price anywhere else. Next job....replace kitchen floors!

I hired this company for several exterior repairs. The concrete work turned out well, and I was…read morepleased with that portion. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the front door trim replacement. I provided photos and explained that I wanted something similar to the existing trim. We discussed flat PVC, and I specifically asked if it would be similar to what was already there, just without the decorative profile. The finished result was not what I expected, and the caulking and paint work did not look professionally finished. Paint was left on the concrete near the bottom door trim, and debris was left in the yard. The storm door also did not operate properly after the work--it no longer opened as far or closed/latch as it had before. Screws were also left stripped and shutters were bent. I had to carve out additional time for the company to return and try to correct the issues. I had also requested replacement of the smaller inner trim, but only after the work was completed was I told that it was part of the storm door and could not simply be replaced. I wish this had been explained during the estimate so I could have made an informed decision beforehand. The original project also included work on the garden hose connection. They ran into an issue and told me they would provide a new quote, but I never received one. Even if they ultimately couldn't complete the work, a follow-up letting me know would have been appreciated. Overall, the concrete work was good, but the door-trim workmanship, cleanup, communication, additional time required for corrections, and lack of follow-through left me disappointed.

I had purchased a large townhouse that needed significant work before it could be rented. After gathering multiple quotes and meeting Nelson on-site, his detailed explanations and thorough approach made him the clear choice. He consistently arrived on time each morning and exceeded expectations. Nelson quickly turned around a poorly done paint job and delivered meticulous flooring work. He even met me at the flooring wood depot to pick out the best wood for the price. Even when I was out of town, he went above and beyond by tidying up the space and installing new smoke detectors. I've already recommended him to other investors and am currently working with him again on replacing doors in another unit. Nelson embodies timeliness, trustworthiness, and fair pricing--qualities that make him a go-to professional.

This was the only company that offered me a solution other than completely ripping out the old driveway and installing a brand new driveway. Instead, they explained that the foundation of the driveway was in good shape overall and then what we really needed to do was resurface the driveway. Much less expensive and the driveway looks awesome. Communications with Pete were excellent, he's incredibly responsive and worked closely with me on the estimate and all scheduling. And then the job was completed by Keith, his son, and a couple of other guys, and they did an outstanding job! I highly recommend Keith Allison Paving, you will not be disappointed! After having difficulty…read morefinding a local company available, I contacted Keith Allison Paving and an appraiser arrived within a couple of days. He recommended driveway resurfacing instead of resealing to ensure a long-term fix for the large cracks, which I agreed to at a fair price. The team did an excellent job. They used quality materials and professional machinery to remove part of the old asphalt and to lay and smooth the new top layer perfectly. I appreciated the thorough cleanup, including using leaf blowers, hosing down the street, and carefully arranging the bordering grass. I definitely recommend Keith Allison Paving

Samco was one of the few companies to respond when I sent out inquiries recently about having my…read moredriveway (which was about 50+ years old) replaced. After some email contact, Sam Jr. and I got in touch, and he came out to give an estimate. Despite the age of the driveway, he said it was in decent condition and said there were 2 options. I could resurface the driveway at a cost of about $4.50 a square foot, or we could replace the driveway at an original cost of $7.00 a square foot. We went over the pros and cons of each option, and it made more sense (given the age of the driveway) to fully replace it. When he gave me the written estimate, he had knocked a bit of the cost off, and it was down to about $6.10 a square foot. He knew I had some other contractors scheduled, and was polite about it. Later that evening, he gave me a call, and since they were going to be in the area on a job, he was able to get the price down to about $5.00 a square foot. At that point, I jumped on the deal, as that price was only a minimal amount more than the resurfacing would have cost. Sam and the team showed up on time the day of the appointment and went over things one last time. Their work was professional and quick. They take care to ensure straight edges, and that cracks (such as between the garage, porch, and sidewalk and the driveway were filled in. They also elevated the driveway a touch as the grass line was higher that the original driveway. But there is still plenty of slope for the driveway as well. We got some strong storms last night (and overnight), but the driveway was bone-dry this morning, instead of the usual puddles and lakes that would form after a storm on the old driveway. I would peek out at them as they were working, and Sam was always fully involved working on something, including getting down on his hands and knees when needed to check a spot or correct something. Their clean up was just as thorough and professional, and Sam gave me all the information needed for letting the driveway cure given the hot days we've been having. All in all, I'm highly satisfied with the job they did, and would highly recommend them for any residential paving need.
