New car

I was a first time buyer! I brought an 2015 Mercedes Benz from Mr Javier! Omg he is the best hands down!!! He is so welcoming! I love my new car he also helped me find different connections to shop around for a cheaper insurance quote and got me a really low car note! No credit is too low ! I walked in there with 500$ and left out in a Mercedes Benz !! 1000/10 recommend Javier! Call and ask for him

Price Leblanc Toyota and specifically Brandi in the service department has changed that. As a first time Tacoma owner I was excited to be part of the Toyota team. I was also amazed how beautiful Price Leblanc is. There is even a restaurant on site. I dropped off my tacoma and met with Brandi to recalibrate my tire sensors and troubleshoot my door lock motion sensor not working. I informed Brandi that I added lights with two plug and play wire harnesses that can be unplugged if necessary and that I would reinstall the two wire harnesses after the troubleshooting. This should have been a very simple job. Over the next 6 and a half hours of my truck being there, I was told that the new wires could not be located, that permanent modifications had been made, I was hung up on by brandi, that 6.5 hours was not enough. When I realized I was going to be charged more, I quickly demanded that they stop so I can bring my truck elsewhere as I was already lied to about anything being permanently modified. Upon arrival, I was informed that they magically found a bad wire at the last second. I just wanted to pay my $200 troubleshooting fee and leave. This is where things took a nutty turn. Here is the email proof that I was lied to. The next day I emailed Brandi for the part number on MY Vehicle...after Paying for a Diagnostic. Can't make this up....She said MY part number was proprietary. Since then I brought my truck elsewhere and the bad wire was located in under an hour... for $140. I will never go back to Price Leblanc, not even for free service.

If I could give BMW of Baton Rouge zero stars, I would. The level of incompetence, lack of…read morecommunication, and complete disregard for customer service I have experienced from this dealership is truly astounding. And the worst part? I was simply trying to have a manufacturer recall addressed. On August 23rd, my 2020 BMW 330i notified me of a recall involving the starter. TWO days later, I contacted BMW of Baton Rouge and scheduled an appointment for September 14th, nearly THREE WEEKS in advance. Days before my appointment, I received a text informing me that they did not actually have the necessary part to perform the repair, but I was more than welcome to keep my appointment for other services. I was assured someone would contact me when the part became available. The day before my appointment, having received no updates, I logged into BMW's website to cancel it. To my surprise, I discovered that my appointment included approximately FIVE additional services I had NEVER requested, including oil changes, tire services, and fluid maintenance. I had scheduled a FREE recall repair, yet somehow my appointment was filled with services I had no intention of purchasing. Thankfully, I caught this before "missing" an appointment they couldn't even fulfill in the first place. Since then, I have made repeated attempts to contact this dealership, leaving voicemails, my phone number, and requests for someone to PLEASE return my calls. Nothing. Absolutely no follow-up, no updates, and no apparent concern whatsoever. Meanwhile, my vehicle has developed serious starting issues and now requires a jump-start every single time I need to use it. As a college student commuting from Baton Rouge to Hammond, having a reliable vehicle is not optional for me. The fact that I am dealing with these issues while receiving absolutely no communication from an authorized BMW service center is beyond frustrating. After getting nowhere with BMW of Baton Rouge, I finally contacted the BMW dealership in New Orleans. The difference in customer service is NIGHT AND DAY. They were courteous, helpful, and scheduled me for an appointment less than 48 hours after my call. They also expressed concern and embarrassment over how Baton Rouge had handled the situation, especially considering my vehicle was already experiencing starting issues. So now, instead of receiving service in my own city, I am driving approximately an hour out of my way because BMW of Baton Rouge apparently cannot manage to successfully schedule a recall repair, communicate with a customer, or return a phone call. To put this all into perspective, I am willingly driving toward a hurricane making landfall on Friday rather than continuing to deal with BMW of Baton Rouge. That alone should tell you everything you need to know about their service department. I have dreamed of owning a BMW for as long as I can remember. At 21 years old, after saving up my money, I was finally able to purchase the car I had always wanted. I worked hard for that car, and I have been incredibly proud to own it. It's disappointing that a brand I've admired my entire life is represented locally by a dealership that makes something as simple as addressing a manufacturer recall this unnecessarily difficult. I genuinely cannot understand how an authorized BMW dealership can operate with this egregious level of disregard for its customers (unless you're buying a vehicle from them, I'm sure). Owning a BMW should not mean having to beg an authorized service center to address a manufacturer recall. BMW is supposed to be "The Ultimate Driving Machine," but BMW of Baton Rouge has been nothing but the ultimate freaking headache. If you value your time, your vehicle, or even the most basic level of customer service, I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

What I especially appreciated was Michael's continued customer service after the sale. He took the time to explain my new car's features, and when I returned with a question about personalizing my driver's profile and phone settings, he was just as helpful and accommodating. It's refreshing to find a salesman who genuinely cares about his customers, even after the sale is complete. Thank you, Michael, for making my car-buying experience such a pleasure! I was previously sent a coupon from Price LeBlanc Lexus for an exclusive offer that includes: engine oil and filter change, complimentary multi-point inspection and a car wash for $99! I scheduled my service. When I arrived, Jonathan was unaware of any offers and asked to see my email, and I showed him so he "honored" the price for the service. I also asked that my car be checked as when backing up only, I would get a high pitch squeel when applying my brakes lightly to slow down. I asked and was told service would not be long so I waited. After OVER TWO hours, my car was brought around and the service tech took payment and handed me my paperwork. He did not review it with me and only stated that they could not replicate the squeeking noise. Why didn't they come ask me about it so I could try and replicate it? Which I can because it is still happening. I was also meeting with a TECH rep fter the service as I could not get android auto to load. After her telling me what to do, I went home and it still does not work. It was then that I noticed that the "FREE " Car wash also had not been done. I then reviewed my paperwork and saw that my break fluid level was noted in the RED. No where could I see if this was addressed so I called the Tech, Jonathan, and left a message for a return call. He never Returned my call. I then get a call from from another gentleman who left me a message asking about my "experience" and I returned his call, only to get the service Dept. voice mail, so I left yet ANOTHER message, again NO RETURN CALL. I called the main number and asked to speak to ANYONE in service who could answer my question only to be told that there was NO ONE available and I needed to leave yet ANOTHER Voice mail,. Surprise, No return call. I then get an email from a nice young lady (can't recall her name) and explained to her my situation. She was very polite and assured she would get the service manager to contact me as soon as possible, He never did. I then notice that my cars "Maintenance Needed soon" message was still popping up on my dash after the oil change. They obviously never reset it. Is'nt that NORMAL proceedure? I looked over my paperwork again and that is when I noticed (at the very bottom) it says "Deleted Operation" Wash, Dry and Vacuum. Um, why? So, I really DON'T know if they ACTUALLY changed my oil/filter. Don't know if they addressed the Break fluid issue and I obviously did not get the wash dry and vacuum. I have owned many Lexus vehicles mostly out of Charleston SC where I was treated like royalty. That was NOT my experience at Price LeBlanc Lexus. I won't be doing business with a company that does not value its clients. I am treated better at a Jiffy Lube!!
