I live in a second story condo that has a second story, not an easy project to tackle but no issue at all for them. They came with snow on the ground and did such an amazing job. The price point was on par with their competitors but their customer service was above and beyond. They also took time to explain the process to me and what I could do to extend the life of my carpet. When I mentioned having it done twice a year, instead of trying to jump on the money they said twice a year may not be necessary but if I wanted to go that route they gave me cost saving recommendations for that as well. I recently bought a puppy, and he peed on my carpet many times during the potty training process over the course of 6 months. When I was confident that he had stopped reliving himself on my carpet, I decided to have the carpet in my high-rise condo in downtown Denver cleaned professionally. I had used a few carpet cleaning services before for my rental properties, as well as past apartments to get my deposit back, and they performed as expected, but my father spoke highly of Cameron, so I decided to give his service a shot. Cameron was affordable, on time, polite, and didn't even complain about parking downtown. After cleaning, my six-year old, urine-stained carpet, which had never been cleaned before, it looked like new. The next day, Cameron sent me an email asking how the cleaning turned out. I told him it looked great, but my place still had a hint of urine odor that was far more apparent before the cleaning. Wow, this is the guy I am going to call from now on! Last week I had another company do my carpets. They looked great in the beginning. But the next day, I was dismayed to find large spots in my carpet (covering a portion of a 1' x 2' area, in 3 places) that weren't there before, and also a bubble in the carpet that was never there before. Thankfully, the bubble came out when the carpets dried (this is a common problem with water-based cleaning, apparently), but the light-tan stains did not come out. So I very frustratedly looked around for a "dry" carpet cleaner, although I did not have high hopes that I would like the "dry cleaning." I always thought it was like dry shampoo, something I would not try because I would hate it. But I had a sadly inaccurate understanding of what Cleanpro does! So you do NOT have a hose going from his truck, into your house, and he does not hook up to your outside spigot for water. He did have to put water in his bucket (from the tub), but one machine is all he used, with an electric cord. So he has the cleaner in a 5 gallon bucket, and he dips his round sponge-thing (it's large) into the cleaner, puts it on the machine, and goes to work. He got out the brown stains, as well as fresh kitty barf stains in another room, and now I am a believer, that you CAN get exceptionally clean carpets from 'just a machine', that does not have to be attached to a truck! I do not think I could find a better method of cleaning my carpet, I feel they are 100% clean and pretty! Btw, the solution they used was created by Cleanpro, it's proprietary, and works fantastically. Oh, and mostly dry-to-the-touch within a couple hours. (But wait a few hours or next day, before moving furniture back on.) He also got down on his hands and knees to clean a corner area I can't get to with the vacuum. I get our carpets cleaned every 9 months or so. With kids and pets it gets dirty. Especially white carpet. I had always used a steam clean company and we were happy....until All-Star Cleanpro. It was a-freaking-mazing! The clean is a totally different level of clean. The carpets dry so much faster. It was more affordable, and he did a far better job than I thought was possible.
