We bought a Audi Q7 at Carmax in Costa Mesa, California, and we drove it here to Overland Park. We got it checked out by a professional German mechanic, and it had some major issues, but Carmax is going to take care of it all! This company is so professional and you can trust them when they say they have a good warranty! You can trust their service department! They are incredibly kind and professional! They are also providing a loaner car while we get the car fixed. The process of buying the car was so easy we were in and out of the dealership within three hours and there is a 10 day window where you are allowed to return a car even if you decide you don't like the paint color. Then you have a 30 day warranty. No other dealerships offer something like this all across the United States! We will never buy from any other dealership again other than Carmax!
