I'm leaving three stars because the sale process was fine, but communication after the sale was lacking. Calling the dealership on Saturday asking to speak to a salesperson somehow transferred me to Ryan, who then informed me that he had sold the vehicle Friday morning, now citing a previously undisclosed policy that sales cannot roll over month to month, even though we had agreed to purchase prior to the end of month. The upholstery on the top started coming down as soon as the humidity started in the spring. There were water leaks that caused the floor board to be soaked every time it rained. An expensive module needed to be replaced within a few weeks of purchasing. Someone asked if we had purchased their extended warranty and were shocked that it hadn't been offered. Pretty sure we know why it wasn't offered. Was interesting experience and it taught us to shop elsewhere.
