I left a voicemail and email regarding interest in the car. I have continued to check online to see if it was still available and it's maintained an available status online. I finally called again to set an appt to view the car. Their google number for the business isn't even in operation. So you have to go in on the website to find the "sales" number. Then to find out they had sold it over a month ago. But never took the listing down. It's not worth the back and forth honestly. I'd recommend they fix a lot they going to lose a lot of customers from laziness. I do not have a vehicle and so online in the main way i browse before going to inspect a vehicle.

He had to pay $200 to get it towed to the dealership then to proceed to wait a week for the repair without being called it got completed and the day he picked it up. It failed not long after that. Then to have to proceed to pay another $200 to get it towed back and it not be reimbursed due to being told that the fuel in the truck is bad which would now require a cleaning for an additional $939. He is a military service member who relies on his vehicle on a daily basis and it's not the timeframe of the repair because I know we're not the only people on this planet that need our car to be taken care of, but however, the fact that we are being told that he has to now pay out of pocket when there is no proof that it is not the dealership's fault. If this is how you take care of your military service members, I'd hate to see how you take care of a civilian like me. We will be contacting corporate along with the Better Business Bureau because there's no way you should get away with screwing people like that.

Took my mother up here to purchase a vehicle and we left happy however 13 days later the vehicle is…read morebroken down on the side of the road. We had the vehicle towed to the local Honda dealership where they discovered that all of the following were broken or needed repair. both front shocks front brakes at 3mm rear are at 6mm (lots of rust) tie rod ends are completely broken right and left ball joint boots broken passenger axel seal is leaking v tec valve gasket leaking oil pan gasket leaking crank seal leaking drive belt grooves cut into it and worn out sway bar links are broken rear axle seal right left are leaking emergency brake pad needs to be replaced 2 wheel speed sensors * 3rd pressure switch door lock cylinder needs to be replaced (driver door wont lock) On top of all of that there were 3 safety recalls that needed to be addressed. When we called the dealership, they accused the CERTIFIED Honda mechanics of lying to us about the extent of the repairs that were needed and stood behind the fact that the vehicle was inspected and certified before it was sold on their lot. I am shocked at the attitude of the dealership about these issues and would recommend that any and everyone stay away from this place.

So they were a good choice and had a nice car that we were interested in purchasing but they turned us away because of distance. Do not recommend this place at all.

Jeff the service advisor was a pleasure to deal with. He knew exactly what he was doing. I dropped it off at roughly 9:30am and I had a call from him at 10:35am that it was ready to pick up. Thats quick and without an appointment, just a drop off. So I think from now on me and my wife will just drop off, then come back. They seem to be quicker when you dont have an appointment! But wanted to give a follow up review to be fair and honest! We will be back!

I had my vehicle serviced by this location 3 times and have had an issue every time. It started out…read morewith small things. Then it became crystal clear they are just looking to take your money even if its by robbing you. First time I took it to them it was for wiring work. Request was to get the wiring harness assembly replaced they were unable/unwilling to do that and chose to charge me 5k to splice wires instead which didn't fix everything I wanted or needed. The second time I took it to them was for brakes which went fine until I went to pick it up. I live 30 mins away about 20 mins out I recieved a call from them to let me know my truck was ready for pick up. I arrive 15 mins after I got off the phone with them at about 440 and no one was at the service department because they had all left for the day on a friday. The last time I brought it to them I asked them to check 4 things out tensioner pulley for belt, a faulty air bag code, suspension problem and the air problem that should have been fixed the first time I brought it to them. When I dropped it off I apologized for being late because we had trouble getting the vehicle started and I let them know they would need to jump it. They get back to me later than they scheduled to let me know they would not touch the vehicle until I paid them for a battery $450. Im capable of doing a battery on my own and not understanding their reasoning of they can't jump start the vehicle to diag anything because of the codes the battery sends in the system. What does the battery have to do with suspension? Oh right nothing, this is when their predatory practices hit me and I decide im done using them. I picked the vehicle up from them with out approving anything including a diagnoses on a battery I was already aware of being bad which they wanted $190 for the 5 mins or less it takes to check the battery. I bring up my concerns about paying at all and according to Mike Jones they couldn't wave fees for doing no work they could only split what they wanted to steal from me. Since im late to pick up my kid at this point im done waisting my time playing their game. Reluctantly I let them get through their script of welcome now pull your pants down and bend over since we know something you dont which costs me $90, my daily driver being detained for a week and a business relationship I thought was at least decent. Avoid any dealership for service but this place really will charge you for nothing and expect you to be fine with handing your hard earned money over no problems. Mike you already had a chance to work this with me and decided to play a game instead of do your job well. When I saw the comment about reaching out if im not satisfied and theres no POC for you its clear you dont actually want to know about any experience. I personally dont understand how the service could be this bad when I started off thinking the worst thing about this place was how they couldn't meet any of the deadlines they had set for themselves. I really didn't want it to come to me writing this review and would have been willing to reach out if I believed you'd be willing to work with me Mike. However, since you would rather play customers need to fight for every penny I'd rather just do this and be done with this place.
