I had mistakenly drove off with my keys on the roof of my QX30 and could not find them when I doubled back. The Omaha dealership was going to charge me $160 for programming a new fob (which doesn't even include the $350 key itself nor the emergency cutout)!!! Luckily I called up Infiniti KC since we were going to be in the area for Valentine's Day Weekend. Dave Grooms helped me to get an appointment set up. He also managed to get my oil changed when I did come in even though originally he said no promises since it was a busy Friday afternoon. The key programming service cost half of what Infiniti Omaha was going to charge me--KC has a former Mercedes Benz employee working for them who is familiar with the QX30 keys so they only charged for a half hour. Service was prompt and we were met with great company and humor to help take my mind off the hefty bill of losing my set of keys!!!! If it were possible, I'd have given this place 6 stars!

After literally arguing with the shop owner over the window I got it replaced. Then a couple days later there was a noise that got louder over a few more days. So I called Infiniti talked to Preston, after I dropped the car off they called back in a timely manner telling me what was wrong with the car. Seeing as it was going to be a couple days worth of waiting on parts and getting it fixed Preston was able to get my wife a loner car which saved us so much stress. When we got it back I took it for a drive and this car drove amazing! It Handled great and sounded so quiet, like new again. 2012 G37x and I just love this car, from now on I will be dealing with Preston over here from now on.. Thanks Again Preston

I showed up for my scheduled appointment and Kathy is the early bird to get me out the door in my preferred loaner. I even needed to change loaners again and Matt helped with that! And I always make a trip to the lounge. It truly is a lounge. Drinks, snacks, tabletops/cjdurs and luxury sofa seats. Don't mind if I do.. juice, tea and water to go! Thank you! Then when my car was ready and I left I noticed I had a complimentary water and cookie waiting for me! What nice service! Everyone is so nice, helpful.. like a big family!

In other words, I know my way around a dealership(or at least I think I do) The front end: All of the same salespeople, Finance, and General Manager. This place is no revolving door, it's obvious that they listen to their employees. Everything starts at the top, and Todd Tumminia is always in a good mood. During the Pandemic, his lot was virtually empty and he said new cars were coming in a trickle and used cars were nonexistent, his lot showed that. His attitude was "All in good time" Back in my days in the business, I would've needed a heart transplant. You can't sell it if you don't have it" was our motto. So I'd say he's pretty easy to work for. The service department is very proficient, they have everything covered. I get right in and right out, never any excuses. The service manager carries his small dog around in a satchel, which I think is great. I'm sure they're both the better for it. Then, there's Sonny. Sonny Tumminia is four legged family and he's in charge of greeting customers, and he loves children. The attitude is decidedly casual, as it should be. As somebody with a lot of experience, I very much appreciate that. And hopefully, you do too.
