Do NOT waste your time and money I had the WORST overall experience with All Square Roofing. I wouldn't recommend to ANYONE. I originally reached out to All Square because of the favorable reviews which is why I'm taking the time out of my busy day to warn others. TIMELINE On March 22, 2022- I signed a contract to get windows replaced on my sun porch. The sales rep was pleasant and warned me that it would take 12-14 weeks for the job because of window shipping delays. I was completely fine with the timeline and paid a deposit of $1,654.00. 3/31/22- Someone came to re-measure the windows to ensure they proper size would be ordered 7/13/22- I called to check on the status of the project and was told that they had no record of window measurements being done and they assumed I didn't want to move forward with the project. *If that was true, wouldn't I call to try to get my 1654.00 back? I went through my old messages and found the phone number of the person who measured the windows. I called and provided them with this information and they "magically" found the windows in their warehouse. They scheduled the window install twice and did NOT show up. (I took off work to be home for nothing) 8/12/22- a subcontractor sent out by All Square finally came to install the windows. When they arrived, the contractor said that the windows were incorrectly measured and it would require extensive framing to make them fit. They did not have the supplies to do they job and left *The subcontractor apologized but also shared that many of the jobs he gets from All Square has issues and their customers are not happy 8/22/22- the subcontractor returned and installed the windows. PLEASE SEE THE PICTURES BELOW. Some of the screens they installed where ripped which was the least of the problems. There are multiple gaps between the window and the framing. There are holes around the window where I can see directly outside. I can stick an entire butter knife in the gaps.I can stick the butter knife from the inside of the sunporch and see it sticking out outside. They also left glass EVERYwhere and nails unclipped. I immediately called All Square (no answer) and sent an email detailing the issues with pictures.I also reached directly out to the manager Ryan Murphy I received no answer for weeks. I continued to call and email every week until I finally got a call from John asking for payment. 9/14/22 I explained the situation to John who mentioned they were about to send the bill to debt collections. I was more than willing to pay the balance once the job was done. John reviewed the pictures and stated that the only thing they could do to fix it was drywall and insulate the sun porch which would come with additional cost. He also mentioned what he saw in the pictures was "expected" and reasonable work but he would reorder screens to replace the ripped ones. He also mentioned the sale rep should have never quoted me the job. After an exhausting conversation we agreed on a concession of a discount on the balance. I told him I would send over an electronic payment as soon as if received confirmation that the screens for the windows were reordered. Also on a side note he mentioned that "Tim" had been let into my house by an "Eric" who Tim said identified himself as my brother when he came to evaluate the complaints about the window install. Neither my wife or I have any brothers or know ANYONE by the name of Eric. Our house is also under 360 video security surveillance and I reviewed all the footage from the install to yesterday and saw no males enter my home at ANY time. I'm only mentioning this to further point out the untruths and miscommunication. I followed up for weeks regarding the screen order. After a no-show the screens arrived on 11/30/22.The screens that arrived were the wrong size so the guy just repaired the ripped ones. I paid the remaining balance on 12/1/22 and closed this horrible chapter. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME read more

All Square came out after a hail storm that we had because they were working on one of my neighbors houses. I am usually very skeptical when someone comes and knocks on my door, but I have been seeing their signs all around town so I decided to listen and boy did it pay off! They performed a free storm damage inspection right on the spot and found enough damage that they felt it warranted an insurance claim. The adjuster from S. Farm came out and said I had minor damage, but not enough to warrant replacement. From that point I questioned my rep and he assured me that this was common, but he would not give up. He sure didn't, within a few weeks he had another representative out from my insurance and they did agree to the damages and allowed for full roof, gutters, and much more. All in all the project ended up being over $25,000 worth of damages of which was repaired by All Square and I could not be happier with the crew, craftsmanship and attention to detail. My roof was already at the end of its life when the last hail storm hit, but I decided to give All Square Roofing a call for an inspection as a hail mary attempt to get some insurance compensation. Honestly, I was sure I'd ultimately have to foot the whole bill myself given the age of the roof alone. Well, John showed up and uncovered a few details about my roof beyond just the hail damage that would warrant serious insurance compensation. The news was promising, but seriously, after John met with the adjuster and I got the news that my insurance was covering my roof replacement in full I was shocked. Take it from me, if there is ANY possible way of getting your insurance on the hook--even for an already worn out roof--John will find it. The process from beginning to end was totally painless. He gave me a great recommendation on the shingle color that made my house look amazing, and his crew will get the work done before you know it. We were very impressed with the work on some of our neighbors' houses after a recent storm came through. Gave Kornacki a call as the signs said and met with him the next day. He was very professional in going over what was damaged on our roof, what was needed to be repaired and made it very easy to deal with our insurance company through the process. He also made a very wise suggestion as to the color of the shingles to be replaced, which we were impressed with. When it came time for the shingles to be replaced, the supplies were delivered on the date advertised, and after weather delayed their work into the weekend, the staff that he had come to our house were on time and ready to go. They worked hard into the evening hours on our two-story home and at the end of the day, we had a beautiful looking roof again, one that accentuated the stone work that we already had in place. We were affected by a very wide spread hail storm that damaged many of the roofs in our neighborhood. I have to admit that we fell in to the trap of calling All Square out due to all the signs in the neighborhood without doing much research, which is unlike us, but are we THRILLED that we did. The team at All Square could not have been better to work with. At first I was a little nervous with all the signs because I didn't know how they would be able to keep up, but after contacting the office they quickly put those concerns to rest. Then when it comes to the installers they were very fast, clean, and respectful. We used All Square to complete a full roof and gutter replacement and have been singing their praises ever since. My one suggestion would be make sure to call the office if you ever have any concerns as the girls I dealt with were fabulous. Could not be more happy with this company. read more

He was very thorough and explained all the damages to us. He also offered to come out and meet with our Insurance Adjuster when he did his estimate. Would just like to say thank you to All Square Roofing and Andrew for doing such a good job on our roof. When they replaced the roof the first time it did not come out good. There were buckles from the boards underneath and it showed. I was not happy. What they did to fix it was come back, strip it again and replace all the boards underneath then shingle it again. This time it looks stupendous. I am very satisfied with there work and highly recommend them so much so that I am having them repair another house that we own. read more

We received storm damage on our home and called out All Square Roofing to come perform a roof inspection. They alerted us to having damage and we received a full roof replacement, paid for by our insurance carrier. They were very easy to work with and the best roofer! Making the initial inspection for hail damage was really easy and the took care of everything directly with my insurance. I called All Square to take a look at a dish that had come detached from my roof. They came out very quick and took care of the problem fast. The best part is they didn't charge for the fix! They noted i might have some issues with the roof in the future because of hail damage. I will definitely give these guys a call when that happens. read more
