Literally the second i met him, I just knew we were going to be taken care of. He wasn't pushy, he had great relationships with all the guys on crews, he was knowledgeable and engaging. There were some hiccups that happen when you tear apart open a 70 year old home, but JB quickly addressed these items for us, and did not detour how I viewed my overall experience. I contacted them the first week of September and they said the job would be completed. The following week they sent an invoice for the entire amount. The company mistakenly did the work on my neighbor's house even though they had a permit from the town with the correct address and the contract showed the correct address. I requested my deposit back and have still not received my money back after 4 weeks. Extremely difficult to contact. Would not recommend this company.

I had been collaborating with Frank Dixon regarding the roof replacement issues. I inquired whether Frank's company also handled porch work. Frank played a crucial role in organizing everything. On 5/22/2025 Manny and Julian arrived slightly before 8:30 AM. They informed me of their arrival at my residence. Manny and Julian took measurements for the materials, letting me know they would head to the store and return. They came back in about an hour. I am extremely pleased with the porch replacement. Additionally, I truly appreciated their professionalism and the respect they showed for my property during the construction process. I would recommend and certainly use TRC's services again in the future.
