He came to my house the next day to look at and measure the roof for the quote, which he provided a day later. I had already received a few quotes. His quote was competitive, and he struck me as a trustworthy person; his explanation of what his crew would need to do and how they would do it fell in line with my expectations based on my roofing experience. When his crew showed up, they were ready to work. They worked fast and efficiently, while paying attention to the smallest details. They had the entire job done in one day. The roof looks great. The cleanup was amazing. The concern for my flowerbeds, windows, deck and balcony was obvious. When they left at the end of the day, there were no signs that they had even been there - except for a great looking new roof. I highly recommend Bing's Construction for your roofing needs. Some weren't tucked in at the ends leaving room for birds to nest. They also didn't install downspouts on all sides of the house. Instead of taking responsibility, they blamed the roofers. I assume this happens to women dealing with male contractors all the time. They assume you won't know whether a job is done correctly or not. I continued to get water on one side of the where a downspout was not installed. There's no proper drainage for the gutters and in heavy storms one drainpipe can't keep up. Get multiple quotes.

The contractor quoted $2500.00. We the customer had two roofers (who hardly could speak English) work for two and a half hours and they never replaced a shingle. My wife called Future Construction and was told to repair shingles more than on shingle would need to be replaced. So no shingles were replaced. Future Construction decreased the cost by $200. Thus we the customers paid two roofers approximately $400/hour. It should have been reduced by more than $200. We were in the middle of a sale and did not have time to fight with Future Construction. They took advantage of the situation. We had Future Construction do other work and we were happy in the past but this time we got ripped off.
