Prior to agreeing to an arrangement I told her all my complaints with the last services; she is 100% different and a fabulous communicator. We talk mostly via text message which is fine by me. When we went though a kitchen remodel we stoped the bi-weekly cleaning and then restarted and she helped me clean up the construction mess. Her staff is friendly, professional, remove their shoes, and are willing to work around anyone at home. And she welcomes feedback because she wants her clients happy. She was…read moresupposed to do a walkthrough on Tuesday 09.16.25 and the time she was supposed to do a walkthrough she sent me a text that she had to cancel because she had a family emergency. i gave her the option to reschedule so she would know what she was getting into for Saturdays cleaning. She did not want to reschedule the walkthrough and Saturday morning at 4:30 she texted me that she had to cancel. This put me in a bad spot as the house was being listed to sell on Monday. I would definitely not recommend using 2 Girls and Suds in a bucket save yourself some time and aggravation. I will think twice about using YELP in the future if this is the best they offer for services.

The shower was in the same state I left this morning and the base of the toilets were as well. The tracks were the same. The walls and base boards were great but that was about all. This should not have been advertised as a deep clean.

What is the point of an estimate if the final number is over 35% higher?

Then for some reason he still wanted to see the home, which has been in total disarray due to our basement flooding, but I explained that it would be put back to normal before they came out. It didn't matter, though, because after the walkthrough he refused once again to clean our home. Then he said it would be at least $2,000 to clean. Then he said he wouldn't clean it anyway. The whole visit was condescending, awkward, and useless. If you have pets, don't bother.
