**Five-Star Review for Johns Excellent Work**…read more I recently had an issue with the pump in my jet tub, and the situation was complicated because the tub was enclosed with tile and had no access point. I had a jet tub contractor tell me he could fix the pump but he would need to find a contractor who could try to remove my tiles to create an entry point. If one tile was broken I would be faced with a retile of my entire bathroom because my tile is old and likely not found in stores anymore. That same tile covered my floors, surrounding bath and some walls. I had been searching for a contractor for over a month and a half, and everyone I contacted told me it would be impossible to fix without breaking the tile. That all changed when I contacted John. He was able to intricately remove each tile without breaking a single one, remove the drywall behind the tub, replace the pump, and then reinstall the existing tiles perfectly. His precision and attention to detail were truly impressive, and the finished product looks like nothing ever happened. He did the job that I would have had to pay two separate companies to do! Contractor to remove tiles and another to fix my jet tub pump. John's expertise, professionalism, and problem-solving skills are second to none. I highly recommend him to anyone needing skilled craftsmanship. He saved me from what seemed like an impossible situation, and I couldn't be happier with the result! Thank you John for making the impossible .. very possible! Saved me TONS of money in labor and tile!

Unfortunately Brothers Navarro botched our large front porch that was poured and stamped. The…read morestress lines were way too big and crooked!! The lines didn't lineup with the stamped pattern at all! The worst of the 3 is right in front of our front door!! When having them return they argued that that's the way it should be and it was done right. What?? Because there was a language barrier the guy in charge brought his daughter to translate. So upon that meeting he signed a paper saying he'd come back in the spring to make it right. In the meantime he came back to try and fix the lines which he just made worse!! Okay, now it's Spring and we hear nothing. We call them and left messages at least twice. Then when attempting again to call we realized they have blocked our number. We have now contracted another company to redo the whole project. There's nothing to do to "fix" this - it has to be completely ripped out and redone! Because of this fiasco we absolutely DO NOT recommend Brothers Navarro for any concrete work! Obviously they do not guarantee their work and are unwilling to communicate and work with the customer. My last note on this is: We did not pay for this porch - we did pay for other flat work they did pouring our patio - but agreed to pay for the porch upon completion. So, if we had paid them we may be taking them to court. Thank God we don't need to do that, But this has been a complete headache and aggravation to have to have this completely redone.
