The owner, Miguel Angel Bustos-Hernandez, came out, gave me a quote, and asked for one-third down. He told me cash was best. I paid the deposit in cash, and he emailed me a receipt showing the cash paid and the balance due. He also charged me extra for a fast turnaround, and we agreed the work would be done before the holiday. As the date got closer, the story started changing. He asked me to buy the materials myself on my own card. I told him I had already paid for the materials with the deposit and would not be giving him any more money. He then asked me to take the cashier's check I had set aside for the final balance, meet him at the bank, and cash it so he could buy supplies. I told him again that I would not pay another dime until the job was complete, and that I would cancel if it wasn't done by Memorial Day. After that, he assured me it would be 100% complete on time. The next day, he came by with material samples, and we picked our pavers. The day after that, he said the pavers would arrive in a day or two and asked which side of the driveway to put them on. That was the last I ever heard from him. No pavers, no work, and no response to my calls, texts, voicemails, or emails. I am still trying to recover my deposit. He kept me on the hook with samples and promises right up to the deadline, which to me looked like a deliberate effort to run out the clock so I wouldn't cancel. After he disappeared, I learned my experience wasn't unique. There are other negative reviews and Better Business Bureau complaints describing the same thing: a deposit taken and the work never done. Indiana court records are public on the state's MyCase site, and I'd encourage anyone considering this company to search the owner's name there and read the records for themselves before handing over any money. After what I discovered, I would not allow him to work at my home or be anywhere around my family and kids. Do your homework before you do any work with BriteView Landscaping. I wish I had.

Unforunately only did the coating part of the work. Cracks still show gaps and are not sealed. DO NOT USE THEM. They limit liability by using fake name ProSealers LLC (But still use Davids trucks and employees)

I called him and he stated I never called him back. When I explained that I had and we had decided on the price for services, he said "Okay, I have you on our list". We had our second snowstorm yesterday and he never showed up. I texted him today and he never responded. I called him and he said we were not on his list and they were not taking any new residential customers. STAY AWAY from this company.
