I had a jet tub contractor tell me he could fix the pump but he would need to find a contractor who could try to remove my tiles to create an entry point. If one tile was broken I would be faced with a retile of my entire bathroom because my tile is old and likely not found in stores anymore. That same tile covered my floors, surrounding bath and some walls. I had been searching for a contractor for over a month and a half, and everyone I contacted told me it would be impossible to fix without breaking the tile. That all changed when I contacted John. He was able to intricately remove each tile without breaking a single one, remove the drywall behind the tub, replace the pump, and then reinstall the existing tiles perfectly. His precision and attention to detail were truly impressive, and the finished product looks like nothing ever happened. He did the job that I would have had to pay two separate companies to do! Contractor to remove tiles and another to fix my jet tub pump. John's expertise, professionalism, and problem-solving skills are second to none. I highly recommend him to anyone needing skilled craftsmanship. He saved me from what seemed like an impossible situation, and I couldn't be happier with the result! I have asthma. Nobody in their right mind would use those when the saw dust got into the motors. You cannot fix that by replacing the filters. Apparently John Fitz is an expert in air purifiers and what equates to ruining the air purifiers. John Fitz said they would only pay to replace my filters. Originally, Bill Stocky said the installer would have to pay to replace them. When I shared my receipts he suddenly had a change of heart. It also took three months to get a refund for the toilet they charged me to remove that was not removed by them.

After requesting quotes from three different companies, we decided on Elias, George, and their crew at Endecca Painting because they clearly offered the best overall package. We hired them on April 27th. Despite the tight turnaround and the unpredictability of an Indiana spring, they finished the project on May 13th, right on schedule. Any good homeowner knows a lasting paint job comes down to the preparation, and this crew was remarkably thorough. They began with a comprehensive power washing, then scraped, sanded, caulked, and spot-primed the problem areas. A prime example of their diligence was our fiberglass front door, which had an old stain on it. They completely stripped the stain and properly prepped the surface before applying any paint. Once everything was masked off, they applied two solid coats of paint everywhere--the body walls, trim, eaves, and all the doors. They gave our deck the same careful attention, prepping it properly before finishing the boards and rails with a solid stain. The crew was consistently polite, respectful of our property, and kept a tidy workspace throughout the day. They delivered exactly what was promised with a quiet efficiency. Highly recommended…read more We had a challenging project and after getting a couple initial quotes from franchise companies that came up in a general internet search we came away kind of disappointed by both companies not really coming up with a solution for reaching some of the areas at our place just to start and also came with super high cost proposals too. Then we got a painting flier in the mail, great and perfect timing! So I called the number and wound up with a fella at our door who came up with a plan (kind of) for a decent price but...had no insurance sans a relatively worthless liability policy (if you're just getting your outside house painted, who cares about this really, as it relates to damage to property, nice to have but only part of the package). He had no workers comp policy for the crew he was going to send over (which is the true insurance homeowners should alway ask for). Adding to this his business registration was non existent for the specific industry he was in that we could tell. So side note you hire somebody without a valid or expired business license who also doesn't carry workers comp insurance on the crew that person sends to your house, they get hurt then you as a homeowner are in a really bad spot legally to say the least. There is a lot of these scenarios in the trades. Caveat emptor. But anyway, he was a nice guy but pass. So, we asked some neighbors though for a referral, should have done that initially. Two were quick to say that they had a great experience with Endecca Painting so I guess kind of in a way this is 3 reviews in 1! They were great, total package.The owner took his time to go over paint colors, offer great advice on a lot of things, a clear plan to get the work done (reach the hard to reach areas) and provided a very reasonable quote. His team were on site shortly thereafter for a week or so about 7 mos ago now and they did an amazing job with a high quality paint product and 2 coat application process. Great crew too. Their attention to detail was incredible, professional and punctual. Again great company and highly recommended.
