From the moment we called to the time the work was completed, it was about 1 week start (quote sent and reviewed) to finish (work completed and paid). They sanded and perfected trim and recently replaced drywall, and primed and painted walls, ceiling, and trim. They were able to use the specific paint brand, quality and color that we selected without a significant price increase. They were able to replace the tile and vanity within the amount of time we requested (3 days). His estimate was very reasonable. During the process, Frank was very communicative. But the only difficulty I would say was communicating with his team, if Frank wasn't present, because of my broken Spanish. But Frank was able to resolve any issues and concerns that we had.
