JT put the time in with us. He took our calls, emails, revisits, adjustments. He was patient with us and made a clear path as to how we would get from a. To b. I felt heard by JT and his attention to detail was evident on our quote. This beauty got all new windows, a 12 inch added roof overhang with a metal roof, beautiful new siding, gutters, all new wood looking soffit. Everything that you can see with your eyes was replaced. With that said, its a big project. There were several teams that needed direction and communication and Boone was our job site foreman, Boone, was THAT guy. Literally the second i met him, I just knew we were going to be taken care of. He wasn't pushy, he had great relationships with all the guys on crews, he was knowledgeable and engaging. There were some hiccups that happen when you tear apart open a 70 year old home, but JB quickly addressed these items for us, and did not detour how I viewed my overall experience. I love rounding the corner and seeing my pretty house with new life. I am smitten with her, and I am so happy JT took the time to understand my ideas and bring them to life.

Great job & referral bonuses are awesome! Thank you Chris & Jericho for the great communication!…read more Kudos to Chris who I believe is the head of sending now the different forces to complete the job! Nancy C

Now I have to have new gutters put in again after only a few years. I am going to report to BBB also. This work is worse than shoddy - it is criminal. I may go to small claims court over this.

No problem. When they arrived to do the work two week later 11/8/2016 the first thing I found out was that they did not have enough downspout material to run the agreed to downspouts. So I allowed them to run one downspout on the west end of the first level (60' of gutter) and a downspout from the second level down onto the roof of the first level. They said they would come back and move the second story downspout to the east end and add a downspout to the east end of the first level - what we had agreed to originally. During the hanging of the gutter they complained that they were using a gutter hanger that they did not normally use and that they were having trouble getting the gutter hung correctly. When they finished hanging the lower level gutter (60') was 2.75" low in the center and high on both ends. This was the result after hanging and removing the gutter 4 times to try and get it right. My fascia on the first floor overhang looks like swiss cheese. Now I need to replace the aluminum fascia at a cost of $75 for material plus labor. When we get a hard rain the water from the second floor and the first floor overloads the single downspout (should have been two) and water runs over the side of the gutter onto the front step. A blind man could have done a better job! After I paid them (extra for downspouts not received) for the job and they told me they would come back and fix it - they did not. I had to sue in small claims court, but because I had paid them, I lost the case. The judge decided that I approved of the work because I paid them. I usually do things myself. I did the rear side of my house - no problems. I should have done the front myself, but because of time constraints I farmed it out and it cost me more time and money than it would have had I just spent a Saturday morning doing it right! Don't waste your time calling these people!!
