Cezar gave a quote for drywall for our new house I expressed that the concrete floors had to be…read morecovered because we were going to stain them he told us no problem that they cover floors after they were done with drywall we had painters come in they did cover the floors after paint was completed noticed ceilings cracked took cezar 6 weeks to get it right he tried to patch the cracks twice looked horrible, finally he send his brother out with 2 others to strip and retexture ceiling , had to have painters back to repaint ceiling 3 times because of his mess then we discovered that there was adhesive from drywall all over our concrete floors 4600 + square ft so we contacted cezar he said he was not paying for anything else no paint / labor or cost of epoxy because we could not do the stained floors because you can not get adhesive out of concrete without grinding it we asked him to only pay for his mistakes or make deductions from bill he would not work with us so we refused to pay him in full but told him we would make a partial payment until his mess was resolved he said he would get back with us never heard from him until we got a letter from his attorney that they were putting a lean on our home until he was paid in full so we had to pay in full because bank forced us for loan and money draws for our other contractors who did what they said and stood behind there work cp drywall will do a s#*% job ruin your things then want to be paid in full for a half @$$ job do not use these guys ! Cezar does not keep his word that is bad bad buisness .​
