This company is extremely unprofessional. I contacted them about a repair and they were…read moreinterested. We had an agreed upon time (which I took time off work) and four minutes before they were suppose to arrive, I received a text message they would be two hours late. After waiting two and a half hours, I contacted them and was told an emergency job popped up. We agreed to reschedule. They didn't arrive for the second agreed upon time and after waiting fifteen minutes I contacted them and was told there were two jobs ahead of me and they would let me know the ETA. I never heard back from them. This company is not serious about their commitments. I am very disappointed I allowed myself to be taken advantage of more than once.

I tried several handypersons first and had an appointment with one, when I saw on YELP this…read moreperson's (Dave) page and he's a brother Veteran so I had to call and see if they could come sooner, he could so I cancelled the other appointment and we'll see. His wife was very kind and so I will finalize the review once he comes to cut out some ceramic tile. I got the hourly rate, which is competitive. More Later (4/19/23), but I must admit to Dave that I'm a little nervous, because of some of the reviews - but, everyone deserves a chance, so I'll trust in my brother veteran. 04/25/2023 10:09 a.m. Late, no phone call, so I called: 'he's running late probably 10:30 10:40, before he gets there." Well a phone call would have been nice." Yep she said. Got a follow up call from his wife apologizing and updating me when he'll be here. 1030 hrs. 04/25/2023 1050 hrs well he finally made it. Nice guy, really enjoyed talking with him while he worked and he was very fair with the price. These folks are the Mom & Pop variety shop and have the ability to do the job I needed him for. I would recommend clear and concise discussions about what you need done and writing it down. Dave and his wife are trying real hard to bring good service at a reasonable fee. This group get's a 4 and I'll tell you, as I work with him more, his rating will reflect his service capabilities. BE SPECIFIC when quoting jobs with Dave and take good notes.
