Used them multiple times and had great experience each time. Everything explained and discussed prior to work being done.

I also wanted to make potential customers aware they use cheap plastic parts. After they came out here and charged over $200 for 15 minutes of work I discovered the cheapest plastic toilet arm/ flapper assembly I have ever seen. Last night it broke and I will be fixing it myself. The parts are less than $20 at Home Depot. Doesn't cost much to use quality materials. Don't hire these people. read more

Prompt reply. Excellent and professional service. Ray was friendly and considerate. Reasonable priced for our area.

Rey, with All Service Plumbing promptly responded to my inquiry (within 24 hours). He was polite, professional, courteous, and efficient. Rey snaked an old bathtub in our rental property in a short amount of time. I'd highly recommend this company, and if you get Rey, even better. read more

I have been using All Service Plumbing for eight years now. They have done great work for me in my home. I recommend them to my clients and I always get good feedback back. They have always fixed it right the first time. They don't leave a mess and show up during the quoted time frame. Their prices are fair. Ask for Rey! He is the best! read more

I have enjoyed the work of All Service Plumbing since 2019 and each call was handled in a very professional way. My experience is that they really want to exceed the customer's expectations. They recently did a valve installation on a new shower; again handled in great way! Over the years Aaron, Brandon, David, Greg, and Rey have completed various jobs and they are all welcome to return! read more

Quick response. Mr. Rey is very professional and efficient. If you want quality of work. Go to Rey.

I want all potential customers of this business to know and understand how they charge for their services. At this time, All Service Plumbing charges $210 for the first hour and then $140 per subsequent hour or part thereof. This is the exhorbitant labor component. They also charge (AND MARK UP) materials used in the repair or installation. In a repair at my house this week, they charged me $345 for a part that retails at their source for $228 (although they probably got it much cheaper as a contractor). I know this because I called the store from which they purchased the part to check (a pressure relief valve). So be aware that All Service Plumbing (at least in my case) marks-up materials by well over 50% from their cost. I now understand why they completely refused to disclose their costs of materials to me when I asked. When you use All Service Plumbing, please be aware that they charge you (alot) for their time and that they also make a ton of profit from the materials that they use. Caveat emptor. read more

I called to schedule re-piping a connection to our water softener. Everyone I interacted with from the scheduler on the phone, our estimator (Ray), and plumber (Aaron) were professional, responsive, and a pleasure to work with. Scheduling was hassle-free and service delivery was surprisingly quick. The plumbing work was top notch and exceeding my expectations. My experience with All Service was great and would recommend in a heartbeat. read more

Ours was an after Thanksgiving problem, I thought. We needed sewer pipe blockage assistance. Dispatch gave me a prompt appointment. Aaron came out, diagnosed the problem and fixed it for a very reasonable fee. He had to dig out an old four inch line that had so many roots, it honestly looked like bunched up fishing nets were inside of it! So, I thought it was the turkey but it was the oak tree! All Service is Highly recommended by me; we will call them again if we have need of a plumber. read more

We've used this service on multiple occasions and given them many tries to redeem themselves, but this business has proven to be consistently incompetent. I hope they enjoy their last check, it's the last one they'll get from anyone we know. read more

As an electrical contractor, working with a company as efficient and reliable as All Service Plumbing is great! Greg is very thorough with estimates and always on the money- It is a great thing when there are no surprise charges on a job! Thank you All Service Plumbing! Great Job! read more

Did a great job and was quick to arrive after a morning call. Cleared a drain quickly.

All Service Plumbing did respond when I called. I asked for them to come over and look at my tankless hot water heater. The office manager quoted me $231.00 to "flush" the hot water heater, and have it serviced. Two Plumbers came and seemed very inexperienced with doing most anything. They said they "flushed and serviced" my hot water heater. They also replaced a "fill valve" in the hallway bathroom. They charged me $50 for a descale fee, and $280.00 for 1-1/2 hours. The two plumbers that came took a very long time doing nothing and seemed like everything was a big deal. They were very unprofessional and did not cover their boots or lay down protection while working. The next day they agreed to come back and install a new faucet that they said that I should purchase, in my bathroom. They spent 2-1/2 hours trying to get out the faucet...TWO OF THEM! And said that it was very difficult to remove....what? I had purchased the new faucet and they charged me $350 to remove the old one and install the new one! My total bill was $700 for these two jokers to do a very simple project! They were very messy and did not clean up the sink or around the faucet after installing it. There was garbage left on the side of the house, in my neighbors driveway from when they were working on the water heater. We tried to call the office to discuss our large bill, and the lady in the office hung up on my husband. Nice business practices....not! We would never recommend this business, and will never use them again. Lesson learned. read more

I called All Service out to install a simple garbage disposal in my kitchen sink. After a week it began to lead. I called them out again and I was charged for a second time to fix the leaky disposal, now paying two service call charges for $360. Months later after it leaded for a third time (at the same hose junction) I called for the repair and asked to send out a vaccinated plumber. I was told by the receptionist that NONE of their staff is vaccinated. At that point I had to call another plumber. It's quite obvious this firm does not care about their workmanship or the safety of their customers. read more

Great service from the first phone call to the cleanup after the service. It's tough to find a good plumber, let alone someone who is friendly and helpful and genuinely seems to care about the work. read more

Over-priced. Charging 1.5 times usual rate for 1st hour. Stayed only 20 minutes and charged for hour. Would not look at any plumbing issues except the exact toilet at issue (asked to check shower - nope). Won't use again. read more

All Service Plumbing is the best! At our house, they have installed a new water heater, repaired an outdoor faucet, replaced a faulty shower faucet, and cleaned out a clogged sink drain. The team members are always professional, honest, skilled, efficient, polite, and friendly. Brandon and Aaron have done most of this work and they are excellent!! read more

I needed a replacement of my failing hot water recirculating pump. I called All Service and one of its plumbers [I forgot his name] showed up the next day. He told me that I could save money if I ordered the pump on line as All Service does have a "mark up" if they supply the pump. I located the model number, went to Amazon, typed in the information and ordered the corresponding recirculating pump. It quickly arrived, I scheduled a 2nd appointment and Ray showed up to install the new pump. However, the pump that Amazon showed as the replacement for the old model number was incorrect and I had to send it back. I went online again, located another pump, had it delivered and Aaron arrived to install. It only took him less than a hour and with the few minutes left Aaron also repaired sticking faucet handles in the bathroom. Aaron gave me a bill for $210 [one hour charge.] I told him that I wanted to pay him $300 to compensate All Service for the prior two visits but he insisted that he would only accept $210. What plumber, when offered more money for a job, declines? Cheers to All Service, Bill G. read more

Updated review: I received a call and a visit from Aaron who is part of the OG team we have grown to love. He was able to identify the issues and fix what was not done by the other older gentleman the day before. Aaron completely redeemed the situation and our feelings towards All Service Plumbing. Just one bad apple it seems and I hope we can continue to keep the bunch that have given All Service the reputation for being competent, kind and professional plumbers. This place used to be great when Dominic was there with, I believe his Sons. Now - some older guy comes who I'm sure means well but he is super sloppy and literally my issues get worse when he leaves. We had an odd smell coming from the toilet and for good measure, I wanted the tub to be snaked as well. He left after pulling the toilet off and reseating it and I have gunky wax seal grime EVERYWHERE. The scent remains and now the toilet won't stop running AND now the pipe is loose from the wall!!! He was yanking at the tub for so long and told me to just have him come back another day to fix it because he was convinced it wasn't just a hair clog but some lever thing. It got so complicated and the drain cover wasn't even reattached when he left. It's now really late at night and we are trying to get the toilet to just stop running now! Still have the clogged tub and the original foul odor from the loo. Just absolutely nothing improved and now it's a lot worse! Before this, I called for our dishwasher to be looked at. I asked if it was possible for them to determine if the issue was electrical or plumbing related and they said they can fix both! Great. Same guy comes and pulls the dishwasher out, doesn't listen to what I was trying to explain. He fiddles around A LOT and then tells me it's probably less to buy a new dishwasher because it might be electrical which they don't handle! WHAT! I specifically asked that before booking the appointment. So then they want to bill me for a fee hundred dollars and the guy couldn't even put the screws back into the wood to keep the dishwasher in place. He just left it as-is. Again - more problems, expenses and headache after he comes than before he arrives. Never again. So frustrating. read more

Need a plumber I found the best! Referred by Ace Hardware's list of Plumbers I called ALL SERVICE PLUMBING. Spoke with Jeannie, who was very courteous, to fix a water leak under the house. Aaron was sent to fix what turned out to be a pin hole leak In a water line. After fixing the leak he checked the pressure release valve and found the water pressure was higher than recommended and found the valve was broken. This could have contributed to the leak. Having to replace the valve and having a 14-1/2 year old water heater I made the decision to replace both at the same time and scheduled a second appointment. Ray assisted Aaron on the water heater installation. Both service appointments were completed to my satisfaction and will call All Service Plumbing again if and when I need a plumber! Happy to support a local business. read more

We had a leak at the base of our toilet. Ray showed up on time, agreed that we needed to replace the wax seal, did the job and added a shim at the base to eliminate any future wiggles that likely caused the problem in the first place. Reasonably priced. Ray was friendly and polite. All Service Plumbing has a great employee there. read more

5 star all around. Our rental home needed a new drain line installed, including trenching out through the backyard. Dominic came out, assessed the job, and quickly determined the best way to move forward. He was professional, nice, and seemed to know exactly what was needed. We suspected that we had a gas leak and we called PG&E at 8:30 on a Friday morning. PG&E arrived and confirmed a gas leak and shut off our gas, pending repair. We called All Service Plumbing and they made a service appointment for 12:00. Not a window of time like others, but a firm appointment at 12:00. Brandon arrived promptly at noon and got to work. He cheerfully crawled around in a tight crawl space and found a hole in the gas pipe a few inches beyond the meter under our house. It wasn't too long after that and he had replaced the damaged pipe, pressure tested everything, and offered to come back after PG&E turned our gas back on to make sure that all gas appliances were working correctly. All of this at a fair price for the job. The PG&E service person who came back to turn on the power commented that he couldn't believe we got all of this done in one day and before 5:00. We didn't need Brandon to come back as everything was working as it should. We couldn't have been happier and are glad to know that All Service Plumbing will be who we call in the future! Thank you, Brandon. read more

Jeanine was a ray of sunshine answering the telephone, made my original appt. and then contacted me to move my appt. forward due to a cancellation. She also called about 15 minutes before appt. to let me know Greg was on his way. Greg was very pleasant as well as efficient and thorough. He realized I needed a replacement toilet and told me I could save money by buying it myself and having him install it, which I appreciated, but I knew it would take me 3 days to make a decision. So Greg immediately went to Home Depot and returned to install it within 30 minutes; it would have taken me that long to find them in HD. Really appreciated his professional expertise. Wonderful people and service. Delighted to recommend All Service Plumbing read more

We had a partially clogged outside drainage pipe that after moderate to heavy rain was leading to flooding right outside our garage. Not an emergency, but something we wanted fix as soon as possible. Wish I had read the recent reviews before using this company. Trust the 1 star ratings. The 5 star ratings are likely written by employees. Extremely expensive labor. Material costs are DOUBLED without prior disclosure. Apparently they used to be respectable. Use a different company. Next time, I will. read more
