Tom is a rock star, knows his stuff, looks beyond the symptoms to find the core issue. He is reasonable and tries his best to deploy the right team in a timely fashion.  I had been fighting plumbing issues for years on a century old home and a 60yr old duplex. The explanations I'd recv over the years just didn't add up. I did my own investigating, 50' snake etc.  It was a combination of issues Ptrap, multiple lines hitchhiking on our main to the street, ceramic (100yr old)  & cast iron lines. So it was different pieces and diagnosis's recv. over the years and feedback until they all fit into place like a puzzle it was time to spend the money, fix it right once and 4 all and Tom & Easy Drain was the firm to do the job.  I'm in Real Estate and Tom would be my 1st call for any future jobs.   Thanks Again Tom & Team ! What can I say? I needed help one morning and Buster was professional, courteous, and understanding. The perfect employee and I can't thank Easy Drains Plumbing enough. A+ awesomeness read more

Called at 7:15 a.m. and they said they would be there in a half hour. When he hadn't shown up by 8:15, he said they would be there in 45 minutes. At 10:00, when they still hadn't shown up, I called again and he said they would be there at 1:00. They finally showed up at 2:00 and at 3:30 left saying they had partially cleared the blockage. In fact, they had not cleared the blockage at all. So now we are calling another plumber for tomorrow. read more

Absolutely amazing. Responded quickly. Flexible with time. Kept my house clean in the process despite my disaster. I won't call anyone else again. I found my guy. read more

Tom at Easy Drains rocks! He showed up On time, helped me fix a complicated toilet and was on his way. Easy Peasy! I recommend him to everyone! - Mike, Monterey read more

Tom came out quickly and did a great job troubleshooting. Our sewer pipe and plumbing pipes were replaced in a day and his crew was fabulous. I would 100% trust him with any plumbing job. read more

I call Easy Drain to look at a patch of water I had in the basement. Alejandro and his partner came out the next morning. They spent nearly 2 hours hunting down the leak which wasn't easy in this old house. I would highly recommend them for their prompt and efficient service. read more

I would not call Easy Drains if you are in a hurry. We've been dealing with Tom this entire week. 3 times this week, he said he would be at our house at 4pm. He does not call to let you know he will not show up. He calls you the next day and doesn't explain or give an excuse. He now says he will arrive on Monday. We will not hold our breath. I was referenced to use Tom by another plumber who was busy. Use someone else who values time, in my opinion. read more

We had a huge mess in our bathroom sink and our regular plumber could not come so he recommended Easy Drain. Tom, the owner of Easy Drain handled the problem immediately and had someone at our house within 45 minutes. He sent Juan who handled the problem which turned out to be a tricky one. We would definitely use Easy Drain again and would highly recommend them to everyone Thanks 1 million Tom read more

Tom is a great plumber! So helpful and so quick. I would use his plumbing service again in the future. Very reasonable as well.

These guys are awesome. We had an issue with our outside overflow drain and they came out within a couple of hours and fixed it. But when we had some really heavy rain just a week or so later the drain overflowed way worse than before. We called them back and they said they would have somebody out to check in as soon as they were done on their job. But the flooding started getting really bad so we called them back and the guy ( Tom his name was ) dropped everything and was there within a few minutes. It turned out to be a city problem so Tom called them for us and they were out to fix the main problem right away. I highly recommend using easy drains for any plumbing issue. 10/10. 5 stars. The best of the best. read more

Great service! We were very pleased with the quick response. Same day services. And they New exactly what our problem was. Will count on Easy Drains for any future plumbing problem. read more

When other Plumbers don't come after normal business hours, Tom and team SHOW UP. I called them after my washing machine still leaked, and bathtub still didn't drain after the property management sent people here TWICE. I don't care that it was 7:30 pm, I was notified by Tom, and they did the job. I was able to start laundry that night. There is a lot to be said for the smaller company, Sole Proprietor..they are NOT beholding to regular business hours, just as our drain back ups don't happen during business hours. Go LOCAl, go small business, go Easy Drains. read more

They came out right away to look at issue we were having with water leaking on the side of our house. The guy from Roto-Rooter was trying to get us to do a fishy diagnostic for a bunch of money within minutes of meeting us. It was like night and day. John spent time talking through possible solutions, how they'd approach it and our options and didn't pressure us at all. Tom came out to follow up and also was clearly very knowledgable, straightforward and honest. With his advice, we chose not to take on what would have been a costly boondoggle that probably wouldn't gain us anything. If we ever have future plumbing needs, we know who to go to. read more

4:30 AM - Loud gushing water from our basement. Tom arrived within ten minutes in answer to my cold call. I had turned off the water to the house, but the gushing fountain in the basement did not stop. He analyzed the problem, stopped the flow of water (it turned out to be the sump pump), and although I wanted to pay him he left and returned the next morning with fans to dry out the moisture. Great experience and very reasonable price (I paid in the morning when he returned). I will definitely call on him if I have future needs. read more

Prompt professional service . It really is easy drains. Tom made it look so easy as he had our severely clogged drains flowing in no time. Add to that the price was great too. I'd recommend Easy Drains to anybody read more

It was Father's Day and our main line was blocked and we were in deep trouble without working toilets. I was not happy , My husband called Easy drains and beyond belief someone answered the phone. Tom said he'd be there in twenty minutes! I was happy when he showed up righ on time as promised. Within a few minutes he rolled out the hydo (as he called it) which unplugged our drain. I would highly recommend using him and his company Easydrains. read more

These guys were super nice to us. We called them about a plugged bathroom drain and they had someone come out right away. When he got there, it turned out our 4-year old had turned up the drain stopper without us realizing it, and there was no actual drain problem. The guy from Easy Drains was super cool about it and didn't bill us a dime! That's despite taking the time and gas to come out and go back. I'll definitely be calling these guys again next time I have any plumbing issues. read more

I backed up my kitchen sink (don't put spent barley down the disposal...), scoped Yelp for some good reviews, and contacted "Easy Drains." Things anyone wants from someone they hire to do work in their home: professional, courteous, responsive, and effective. I got all of those things from this company. As for pricing, they quoted lower than the other two services I contacted, while "Roto Rooter" wouldn't give me a quote without sending someone to the house first. Great nexus between a reasonable price and excellent service. Thanks, Joe. read more

I had a drain issue in a home I just purchased. Upon further inspection, the plumber was also able to identify a costly leak on my main line into the house. They were able to make both repairs on the very next day. It's nit fun to buy a home repair, but the folks at easy drains made it as painless as possible with fair pricing and professional staff. I would recommend them to anyone in the Monterey area who needs fast efficient plumbing service. read more

Thanks so much for quick same day service. Fixed our plumbing problem, and left the bathroom cleaner than before. We would definitely recommend this company. read more

He did not show! When called, re: where was he? he did not even remember the address or who was to be billed. He also attempted to talk me into purchasing a toilet that was not broken. I put him on my DO NOT USE LIst, I recommend you do also. read more
