He quoted a reasonable sum and provided exceptional delivery. Edwin was the lead on patching drywall, painting and repairing part of my bathroom ceiling that had to be renovated post water damage. He and his team were awesome. Perfectly and seamlessly patched holes and replaced the cabinet under my kitchen sink in a shorter than expected time frame. I highly recommend this vendor and plan to use them for any upcoming home improvements. Five stars.

The painters were friendly and didn't need any oversight, were friendly, worked quickly, and cleaned up after themselves. We had two hiccups along the way, which both dealt with us adding on painting our front door which I offer as cautionary tales for anyone getting their front door painted: First, the powerwashing of the front door also broke our electronic lock. Patrick was quick to respond and removed the cost of the replacement lock from our invoice. (Very kind, thank you!!) Second, I don't think they told us the right kind of paint to buy because it has always looked too matte and stroke-y, and has lately started to bubble. In the future, I would do more research about what type of paint to buy rather than ask the guy who shows up -- I shouldn't have sprung it on them, even though they were more than happy to do it. Who knew that door paint selection could be such a process? Despite these two notes, I would definitely use Patrick's again in the future. It's hard to find a place that offers great customer service these days, and I am very grateful!

This review is long overdue, but I've been meaning to share our wonderful experience with Al, Mike…read moreand their team on the multiple projects they completed for our old, complex house. We converted two rooms plus a hallway into a master suite as well as split two large upstairs rooms into three. We had structural concerns and lots of logistics to work out and I wouldn't trust anyone other than Mike to draw up the plans to make sure everything is safe and up to code. Al oversaw the projects and was in constant communication with us and regularly was on site to make sure everything was going smoothly. If anything wasn't 100% correct or what we had discussed, he would make sure it was remedied. Big shout out to Franz who even showed up to work the day after his wife had a baby! The M3 team worked late days and on weekends (with our consent) to meet their deadlines, even when the county held them up with permitting issues they still worked hard to finish within our timeframe. We even made major changes to our plans after construction had begun and they were able to pivot and help us get more square footage for the upstairs bedrooms. There were also numerous curveballs that they handled with ease (ya never know what you'll get with an old house). This was our first time doing any sort of large project and the team at M3 gave us plenty of guidance and support to make sure the finished product exceeded our expectations. If you want something done right the first time, then I highly recommend contacting M3!! If we stay in this house then you guys won't be done with us yet! -Cristen, Phil and now +2 (!)

**Excellent Service from Start to Finish - Highly Recommend!**…read more Malek from Sider Construction exceeded our expectations in every way. After finding him on Yelp (where his stellar reviews caught my attention), he responded promptly with a detailed and fair estimate that gave me confidence in moving forward. One thing that impressed me right from the start was his patience when I needed extra time to coordinate with my tenants' schedules. He was understanding and did not make me feel rushed, which speaks volumes about his customer service approach. Malek delivered more than he promised - showing up precisely on time and maintaining clear communication throughout the project. My tenants were equally impressed. The quality of work was great and completed at a (more than) fair price that reflected true value. It's rare to find a contractor who combines reliability, skill, and genuine professionalism so seamlessly. I wouldn't hesitate to hire Sider Construction again and will definitely be recommending Malek to friends and family.
