First, they grabbed all of the metal collar stays out of my dress shirts. Originally they forgot to give them to me but remembered to do so more than a month later. The two I could use, same size... one didn't give me the extra rinse I paid for and fished 13 minutes sooner than the other one that did do the extra rinse. One dryer gave me 5 minutes and the other gave me 8 minutes. When I brought it to the attention of the attendant, was told, that's just what they do. Additionally, all three dryers had different temperatures so I had to wait for the hottest one for three different loads. The place is no longer clean. The floor and machines are actually dirty, not dusty, but grime and who knows what else on the floors and the machines. Does anyone know if it's under new management...? This place used to be REALLY good... but not currently :(

He wrote down all of the things that bothered him about dry cleaning and vowed to create a dry cleaning business that placed customer satisfaction at the forefront. After obtaining certification as a dry cleaner, wet cleaner, and environmental cleaner, Dan launched Mulberrys Garment Care in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Starting with a single delivery route, Mulberrys steadily expanded by adding new stores and delivery routes in multiple communities across the Twin Cities region. After finding success in the Minneapolis area, Mulberrys expanded into San Francisco, California in 2017. Mulberrys purchased Laundry Locker in 2018 and now operates dozens of public and private dry cleaning lockers across the San Francisco Bay Area.

This place is stupid expensive for the service they provide - I really don't understand how they can justify their high prices, seems like every business is acting petty and charging more for basic services. For instance, I dropped off 4 heavier wool shirts ("Schott CPO Wool Shirt" if you want to google them) that I typically wear over a t-shirt *indoors*. I figured it would cost about $10 a shirt but they charged me $22 a shirt to dry clean it, claiming that it's a "light wool jacket". Granted this is a heavier wool shirt but it's about the same weight as a blazer or suit top - for instance, Mulberrys charges ~$10 for dry cleaning a blazer. The customer service was friendly and I have no complaints in that department but damn was I surprised at that steep cost to clean 4 shirts. It wasn't communicated to me that they were charging me to dry clean a wool jacket and I wish that would have been more clearly communicated otherwise I wouldn't have assumed that was 'normal' at the time. It literally cost me more than the price of one of those shirts ($75) to have just 4 of them cleaned. I will not be coming back there any time soon and suggest you save your money and go elsewhere.
