The last time I checked out a tote to detail the inside, most of the products were almost empty, but the previous time was wonderful! There are always people around so again, I feel safe taking my time to empty out garbage, vacuum, and care for the mats. As a single mom who feeds the local marching band and will drive a kids as long as I have seatbelts, I am happy to have access to keep the car clean and smelling nice! At that time they didn't have the cards so they gave me paper cards. Every time I go there now they give me a hard time about the rewash within 21 days because I don't have the right card. I have never used the rewash, but it's the principle that comes with the platinum wash. Today the guy tells me that they're not doing the gas deal with the packages. Unfortunately, I have 12 more washes and I've been gifted from friends and family. Once they're done, I will find a new place.

Over time, I started noticing light scratches and swirl marks appearing on my car's paint -- especially visible because my car is black. After paying close attention, it became clear that the wash process itself is likely responsible. The microfiber "tentacles" that physically scrub the car seem to collect debris, and when that debris gets dragged across the surface, it leaves marks in the clear coat. That kind of slow damage is hard to notice at first -- but on a luxury vehicle, it becomes expensive to correct. For the price of the membership, I expect more focus on equipment maintenance and paint-safe procedures. There's no touchless option here, and unfortunately it's starting to show on the vehicle. If the wash system were cleaned more frequently or if they offered a safer alternative, I'd gladly stay a customer. I'm posting this hoping management takes it seriously. If nothing changes, I'll have to cancel my subscription and move to a touchless or hand-wash service elsewhere. This place has potential -- but not at the cost of damaging the paint on a car like mine.

This is not a touch less wash, it has brushes that seem to do a good job without scratching my car. They have plenty of high suction vacuums, and is usually pretty quick in and out, not too busy. Bill who runs the car wash is always there and doing quality control checks and super friendly guy to ask questions about the monthly wash programs! They spare nothing here! The soap they use is plentiful and you actually can smell the freshness in the car as it goes thru. The vacuums to clean inside the car are super suction and pick even the littlest stuff up! They have large trash containers too for you to get rid of trash. The place is kept meticulously clean and neat. I drive over 10 miles just to bring my newer car here. This was my first time here and I wanted to measure the quality before investing in a plan. I went with the Deluxe, which is fancy for "lowest tier", but I just wanted to get the salt off my car and undercarriage, which is part of the package. I was surprised to see that there was an attendant inside giving a little "pre-soak" from a hose to prime my car for the wash. Also, this wash doesn't have a tire track! It's literally a flat conveyor belt without any bumper or mound to push you along, which is great for those worried about scratching their rims. When I came out, I was pleased with the quality of wash, even at the lowest tier. There were a few residual spots, but nothing egregious and easily something that could have been remedied if I brought a towel for a quick wipe. Based on this experience, I will be back on a Sunday to get the full Ceramic Shield package and if that goes well, I'll consider a membership, as well as upgrading this review to 5 stars!
