Will Thiede of All Purpose Plumbing responded to my very early voice message in less than 2 hours after I called and said he was on his way. Less than 2 hours later he finished my very urgent issue with a leaking copper pipe between the walls of my master bedroom. This included determining exactly where the leak was, opening up the wall, cutting off the leaking 90 degree angle portion and soldering on a new piece of copper tubing. He also replaced my 1/4 turn 1/2 inch angle stop and chrome escutcheon with new parts next to the toilet. Again all within less than 2 hours and at a very reasonable price. I have several other non-urgent plumbing projects that I have been putting off, but no longer, now that I have found All Purpose Plumbing of Oceanside! read more

We've been calling Will for all our plumbing needs since we bought our home in 2020, and he's been amazing every single time. He's repiped our house, fixed a burst pipe, and just today installed a brand new water heater. Will is one of the kindest and most professional people we've ever had the pleasure of working with. He's quick to respond, genuinely cares about his customers, and his work is always top-notch. If you need a plumber, do yourself a favor and call Will. You'll be glad you did! read more

I had a water heater leaking and called Will. He came that day and confirmed that it was time for a replacement. He and I went to supply store and I bought all parts needed including the water heater (he doesn't buy them then upscale the price to make a profit). He came the next day and replaced the water heater with no issues. Very reasonable prices. He knows what he is doing and is a great guy. read more

They showed up on time. They worked hard, but there were some issue's. We couldn't get them to come back for over a week and we had to call another plumber but Francisco reimbursed us for that. And I didn't understand the difference between who Francisco is and who all purpose plumbing is still vague to me, but again you can count on them showing up and working until the job is done. read more

Will was very reasonably priced, capable, honest, and very friendly and kind. We had 5 different plumbing items to address (both on gas lines and water lines) and he finished them all - or gave me the knowledge and encouragement to do it myself because he didn't want to charge "plumbers prices" on the easier stuff. While completing the various tasks, he also gave us free advice on how to get a sluggish toilet filling more quickly. Very helpful! read more

I would like to compliment "Will" at All Purpose Plumbing, cell phone # (760) 415-5078, for the quick and professional work he performed for me recently at my rental property in Carlsbad. The tenant advised of a bad leak in the water heater with the potential to flood the garage. I contacted Will who immediately made himself available. He met me at Home Depot with his assistant to help select the proper size and brand suitable for the home. They then delivered it, and performed the installation right away. During the process, Will also averted a potential disaster by venting the water lines to make sure the leak did not damage anything in the garage. His knowledge is why it is so important to hire people who are licensed and bonded to work on my investment. Another plus is that Will gave me a very good price for his services. He is a blessing! read more

We scheduled a faucet and hot water valve replacement. I supplied the Moen faucet. Will was promptly on time @ 9am. He performed an excellent and professional job. Moen pull down faucet works flawlessley, and the new hot water line and valve is now secure, tight and leak-free. He also replaced our hot water heater a few years ago. Works perfectly, I highly recommend Will for all your plumbing needs read more

Highly recommend Will from All Purpose Plumbing.  This is the second time I have used All Purpose Plumbing.  The first time, Will gave me a trick to fix a clogged toilet that probably saved me over $100 based on what other plumbers were quoting.  This time, he came in to install a new hot water heater.  He was on time, very friendly, well priced, and did great quality work.  Very happy to find a good plumber in the neighborhood. read more

We have remodeled the kitchen. In the process we hired Will to hook up our sink, garbage disposal, drains etc. he showed up when he said he would, was fully prepared to do the work. As it turned out he needed to change several connectors at the wall. He did so, had all the right parts and finished the kitchen and bathroom in a couple of hours. He has a great personality and pleasant to have working in your house. We will happily call on him if we need any plumbing work done in the future. I would recommend him to anyone. read more

Will was great - I bought an older mobile home and initially my hot water heater worked... but right after I lived in it stopped working. Will was able to help me the very next day, less than 24 hrs! in addition, he checked my faucets and discovered that one of them had a partial obstruction that was reducing my water pressure, and so he fixed that as well. it impressed me that he didn't just install a new water heater and walk away, but he took the extra time to make sure everything plumbing-wise was working before he left... who does that anymore!!! read more

Thank you so much!!! I had a tenant moving in and All Purpose came same day in a few hours.

Our toilet got clogged, I called All Purpose Plumbing and got a response immediately. The plumber (Will) gave free advise over the phone that may resolve the issue. However, our problem ended up being more complicated. He came first thing Monday morning and identified the issue, fixed it and cleaned up. He was professional, experienced (40 years) and very reasonable. I really appreciate how he gave us free advise how to prevent the clog from happening again! read more

I had gotten a bid from one of the "big box" plumbing companies to replace copper hot water piping, and was shocked at the high price quoted. I noticed my neighbor using All Purpose Plumbing and went over and talked to Will. He sized up the project quickly and gave me a very reasonable bid. Will did the job very efficiently and with minimal opening of wallboard, then cleaned up thoroughly after. Will explained what he had done and showed me the work product. I must say I was very impressed with Will and would recommend him to anyone who needs an honest, hard working and knowledgeable plumber. read more

Our water heater, which is inside the house, gave out suddenly a few days ago and began leaking. We called our usual plumber, but he is injured, so he recommended Will at All Purpose. Will was great. He came right out and replaced the heater that afternoon. He hauled the old one away and brought a new one in, installed it and cleaned up well, all for a reasonable price. We are very happy with his work and really appreciate that he did it all the same day, a Friday afternoon, even though he had some family plans that he had to cancel. Will does great work and is dedicated to helping his customers. read more

I've never used but the water heater plumbing is really screwed up due to their work. I just moved into a house where Bill installed the new water heater in Nov 2016, 9 months ago. SDGE won't even turn the gas back on because the slope of the vent is totally horizontal (not 45 degree incline) and is not working. Meaning carbon monoxide build up in the garage, right under my 2 and 4 year old's bedroom. When I got the info from the previous owner I called and Bill said he installed the water heater with the previous owner. Since the owner purchased the water heater by himself, there was no guarantee of Bill's work and no warranty. The vent wasn't even tested after installation! No sediment trap, no thermal expansion tank... Not to code and very dangerous! When asked if I removed the water heater, lowered the stand and got it ready to reinstall if he would stand by his work to help me reinstall/vent correctly I received no reply. Beware. read more
