During a property flood he came to our rescue for drying services but it was his responsiveness, reliability, patience, honesty, and calm demeanor that stood out above all others. He is 100% a compassionate helper; he offered advice, had a pleasant attitude at all times, took the time to explain different processes, was flexible with his scheduling, and even provided valuable insight that people out of the industry aren't experienced enough to know. Working with a handful of other vendors I've come to quickly recognize the value in having honest, reliable, kind vendors like Armando. I've had to deal with other vendors who try to squeeze every dime out your insurance company, over quote you because you're a woman, or cut corners hoping you wouldn't notice the shit job they were doing. So, it's a huge relief to work with someone like Armando who treats clients with respect, has very fair pricing, and willing to help educate customers to help ease through their difficult situations. He's genuinely stepped in and HELPED me when I really needed it and has been a wonderful resource for other referrals. THANK YOU ARMANDO!

Mike at Supraclean did a great job for my family and I. All the other competitors on Yelp sent a…read moresales rep that just fear Mongered the whole time while not addressing my family's concerns. Every single sentence from Mikes competitors was about how much worse the situation will be if we don't start fixing it by tomorrow. Mike on the other hand acknowledged the work needed to be done but actually answered our questions in full context specific to our actual needs that were physically showing at the home. Every other company just used broad generalities while showing off the work they do. Instead of trying to remedy our situation, it was more about them showing off how great they are. What we really liked about Mike is that he is an owner operator and physically goes to do the work at sites. Everyone else just makes a sales commission and then sends a crew. Mike is a representation of what a true business man should be. Educated on his trade while also educated on communication skills. It's not always about what you say but how you say it. Thank you again Mike.

My Highest Recommendation for Bio 911…read more I had a mold problem caused by a leaking faucet and roof at my Mom's house. The mold remediation company that I was referred to, went ahead and started tearing out drywall before any contract was signed. They also would not answer most of my questions and only sent a single photo of what they found and that was only after I asked them to send me photos a second time. I called Bio 911 and spoke to Kirill, the owner of the company. He told me that he doesn't like to take on jobs that are already being worked on by another company, but he told me that he would be happy to come out to inspect and evaluate my problem. He was incredibly thorough. He checked the drywall where visible mold had been seen, checked a nearby restroom even though no mold had been seen in there, the outside wall of the building adjacent to the affected drywall, and even the walls of an adjacent apartment. He detected moisture inside of the outside wall of the building, which was something that the other company had missed, and he outlined the steps needed to correct the moisture problem and mold issue. Kirill did all this work simply because he likes to help people. He did not charge me a penny. How often can you find someone that does things just to help people? It is super rare and I am giving Bio 911 my highest recommendation as a result.
