Sure enough, they were there within 2 hours of our call and had the huge mess completely cleaned up in about 30 minutes! We have used places like GOT JUNK before and were amazed how good S&R prices were. Hands down, we will use them repeatedly as we slowly remodel our house. These guys are FANTASTIC, and you can't get better pricing. Their services aren't limited to junk hauling either as they should be getting their contractor's lic soon, so we are having them quote on our backyard deck framing and pilings! Avalon Structural is a truly professional organization across the board - front office, inspectors,…read moreengineers, and on-site repair staff. If you have a foundation crack, save yourself the time and trouble and call Avalon Structural first. I got multiple estimates for my fairly extensive ~23' horizontal crack. I found there are three types of companies. The first type will do the minimum to chip out the rusted rebar, throw some fresh rebar in there, patch it up with a "band-aid", and charge you handsomely for a quick in-and-out job. The second will glance at your foundation and immediately tell you it has to be replaced, for an even more handsome price, of course. And then there is Avalon Structural. They will perform a comprehensive and highly structurally sound repair, removing all compromised material, charge a fair price, and stand behind their work with a strong warranty. If you visit their website, read the articles, and watch the videos explaining the right and wrong ways to perform foundation repairs, you will be well-equipped to choose the right company for your foundation job. Or, you can save the time and just call them. We couldn't be happier with our repair. The foundation looks great and feathers in perfectly with the undamaged foundation sections. The repair team was amazing and extremely respectful of our property. The city inspector signed off with zero issues, which speaks volumes about the quality of their work. A big thank you to Roger, MJ, and the entire Avalon Structural team!

Of the three, Carlos was the ONLY one who kept his appointment and returned a bid quickly. After receiving his bid, we pondered the idea of a pool renovation instead of demo. He was understanding and asked us to contact him if we made a decision to go the demo route. This past week, Carlos followed up with us. Although we had decided days before to go with the pool renovation, I was very impressed with Carlos, his responsiveness, and his customer service. His bid covered most thoroughly for material and labor and the price was very reasonable. on the day of the estimate, Carlos took his time to answer my questions, show me pictures and videos of the jobs he had done, which was helpful to me, being a visual person. I had to go back and forth with Carlos with questions and answer. He was prompt in responding and straight to the point when explaining things to me. He and his team did a great job in the sewer replacement. They came early on the days of the job and work diligently to complete the work. It was a pretty extensive job, digging two holes, one on the street, one on my property, then SDR 17 pipe was pulled from my property to the main. The Seaside city required the work to include paving the street with 20 ft by 10 ft asphalts to covered the hole on the street. That had took the whole day, but it was beautifully done. The material and amount of work required was actually more than the estimate, but Carlos stuck with the price of the bid. I really appreciate Carlos work ethic. I had worked with several contractors and they had all charged me additional cost on top of the bids. I would recommand Carlos for his professionalism, great communication and honesty.
