I chose to support them because they were a small, family-owned business with friendly and knowledgeable staff. However, my review is based on how they ultimately treated me as a long-time customer. For most of those seven years, their service was satisfactory. However, in mid-February 2025, I received an email--rather than a phone call--informing me that they would no longer be servicing my area after March 2025. This gave me less than a month's notice, right as spring was approaching and pest activity was increasing. While I was happy with their pest control services, I found this abrupt decision and lack of direct communication disappointing. After years of exclusive patronage, I expected a more professional and considerate approach to discontinuing service.
